Vistas Palmetto Bay

When we moved in it was never disclosed that the pool doesn’t work. The pool is off limits and no resident can access the pool.

OMG! This building is beautiful! I love that it’s intimate and new! Great location and awesome compensation for realtors that want to work with them! Staff was amazing and rapid response!

There should be 10 stars excellence in person, the employees, the owner, the atmosphere the best I have seen in the area, considering moving soon.

Beautiful new building with only 60 units tucked away in Palmetto Bay, I love the feel of privacy it offers, as well as spacious floor plans and modern decor.

The appartments are really nice. Very spacious with a great modern look.

The move in was sooo perfect at Vistas it’s very family oriented the owners were there greating me personally they gave me my key went upstairs with me also they went over my apartment again and made sure the apartment was approvable to my standards. The gym is 24 hours which is a plus the pool is gorgeous it’s on the 3rd and it’s very peaceful I love it here ….

Beautiful concept. Units are very nice. Huge walk-in closets, mediocre appliances and amenities. The gym needs more equipment & the pool area is blah. They say they’re finished and moving in tenants, but I wouldn’t move in with it being unfinished, (hoping what I saw wasn’t a final look for the property).
All in all, it’s the most expensive in the area and it isn’t worth the prices listed at this point.
