Visual Eyes is the best, they a have a great selection to pick from and Cristina Richard was an amazing help, she's very informative and a great asset to the company. Visual Eyes more like collectors items only.

Cristina the Optometric Technician, was outstanding, after many years with glasses and not using contacts, I needed a refresher guide on how to apply them. Within 10 minutes, Cristina was able to guide me on how to put the contacts in and remove them. Now I am able to freely wear contacts without needing glasses, thanks to Cristina. She was extremely helpful and patient, and is a great asset to Visual Eyes of Boca Raton, Fl.
Visual Eyes, is a great place to come and get all your eyewear needs, all the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend coming here 10/10.

My fiance Modesto Candelaria and I Ivelisse Morales went again for a second year to have our eyes check and we was very happy with the exam Dr. Steven Adrien performed. He answered all our questions with a cordiality and professionalism. The renovation they did to the place is beautiful and modern, have a variety of frames from different prices. Plus. The front desk girls was very pleasant, Sherri at the Optical provide us with an exceptional customer service. We really recommend Visual Eyes.

One of the best eye exams in South Florida! Dr. Garcia is amazing and my Optometrist Sherri is the best! She is patient, helps you pick out the right frame for your taste and face and is patient and so very helpful through the whole selection process and her measurements are spot on!

Do not give them your email address. I was a patient here once. It was mediocre. They have been sending me monthly emails for the last 7 years

You guys completely misdiagnosed me during my eye exam. You recommended glasses (bought the cheapest ones) and the price was over $600 when all along I could have used Dollar store reader glasses. Lastly, you failed to mention that I have 20/20 vision in one of my two eyes.

I am having so much trouble with this store trying to have them honor their mistake.
The contact lenses that they sold me were different than the trial pair. These lenses have a different fit and tint and don't stay in my eye yet they refuse to take them back or even give me store credit towards a new pair that works better. Their excuse is that the trial pair was discontinued and these are their replacement. The Manager James does not return calls and evades customer complaints. The receptionist Vanessa who is very confrontational speaks over you and hangs up when she runs out of excuses.
On top of all the say that the Owner Dr. Aaron Evans has no say in how the store is run and does not return calls.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment.
I am still in discussion with them and will add to this review if anything changes.

I needed an eye exam and new glasses. David Costa was terrific. Guided me through the process and fit me for a beautiful pair of Cartier frames. Nicest frames and lenses I have ever had. I will definitely return for more frames and would only work with David again!
