I have very sensitive teeth so going to the Dentist is usually painfull, however Jorge was so gentle I barely felt any pain, I highly recommend this Dentist

The Vital Dental Center stole my heart when I went to my first consultation today. From A to Z, the well trained Staff treated me as family and showed kindness and concerned to the other patients. I was so happy to find that place in my neighborhood. I will take my family and friends there to get the best dental treatment in their life. Well done.

In my 60 years on earth.
This is by far the worst experience ever.
Let me warn you how this operation works.
They’re very nice, then they sell you.
Seems great, but once they’ve sold you and billed you….
If you think DMV is bad, I went back 2 times for appointment.
What they do is overbook the appointments.
So you really don’t have one.
After all what are you going to do?
They got your money.
Your valuable time means nothing to them
Well, I’ll tell you what I’m going to do.
Call my credit card company, dispute my charges, call my insurance company.
Explain the scam going on here.
Last, Morgan & Morgan does handle these cases.
So I’ll either be 100% refunded for wasting my time (twice), or they’ll have a lawsuit on their hands.
Don’t write some b.s.
This scam factory, isn’t going to de value my time
If you’re running late!
Have the common decency to let the patient know.
Stay as far away from their office as possible.

The staff is nice. They are super expensive. The front desk person is another issue. I feel like she probably dont try to be rude on purpose (who knows?) but when people walk in to the office they should be greeted and assisted. Sometimes ill be standing right in front of the window and she doesnt say anything. Im not an aggressive or confrontational person so i never blow up about it but its very rude. But then there are rare days when she is nice so im not sure what her deal is. I switched dentist because i couldnt take it anymore. I dont wanna bash her. I just want her to do better. The other staff are so nice! I spend WAY LESS out of pocket at my new dental office as well.

This dental office is not a good place to get dental work done. They do not have adequate equipment. While taking x-rays I had to hold the x-ray machine up with my hand so it won't shake. The staff rips patients off on all prices. I was charged $4,000 just to have two teeth extracted and cleaning and two fillings. Not only staff are being contacted police officers that make the staff over price patients. Yes officers are contacting the venue at this dental office. I was giving no mouth wash upon examining teeth, a microchip was shoved down my mouth. Absolutely, no way I will be going back let alone refer anyone to this dental office. The initial price for the dental work was $13,000 bit my insurance discounted it to $4,000. Absolutely, ridiculous while in process of getting the x-ray an incident arised with a patient who had a seizure. Obviously too much novocaine was injected in him. I will never go back there. The cops that contacting the dental facility are telling the dentist and staff what medication and dosage to give patients thus causing incidents. That what happens when they contact dentist.

They are thieves! I wanted to inquire about getting Invisalign. Minnie the treatment plan coordinator quoted me $5200 - $5700 on a piece of napkin (first red flag) and then stated I would have to pay $675 upfront. Never even received a receipt from them (second red flag). Assuming they receive this “estimate” after contacting my dental insurance but soon after leaving this place, I called my insurance company they proceed to inform me they never receive any claim about Invisalign from Vital Dental (third red flag). So I was charged full price. Over a week of calling the office and leaving messages to Minnie to call me back to address my concerns, no one has yet responded to me. Needless to say, I cancelled my service with them and plan to go elsewhere. There are plenty of in-network dental facilities I can go who will not treat me like this! Worst experience ever!

Great dentist and all around staff. Professional, efficient, available. Not the most gentle but like I said fast, which is more important to myself. I had multiple procedures without issue and a cleaning today that was super smooth. They even helped me with a payment plan. Appreciate you all there!

The visits to Vital Dental Center was a great dental experience. Top level of Professionalism with Dental and clerical staff. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

I went in for a tooth extraction. I was terrified. Everyone was so kind, courteous, and professional. They held my hand along the way and walked me through the whole process. It wasn't as bad as I thought!

Minnie from reception was so kind and courteous from the phone call. When I arrived to the office the next morning she was just as pleasant and very helpful. The hygienist and dentist was amazing as well. My son and step son left with great smiles!

Really awful experience.assistant advised I have all cavities filled in one sitting, so I paid up front despite my concerns. I was originally told it would be 20-30 minutes and painless, but after I paid and the dentist came in, I was told it was going to be more like 2.5-3 hours. This should have been my first red flag, as the office I went to prior to this wanted to do the fillings over the course of several visits. What they didn't tell me is that I was going to feel like I was drowning the whole time because the assistant doesn't know how to properly suction fluids from the mouth.
I told them numerous times I "needed a break to breathe", and they kept telling me "one more minute", "one more minute", until I was so sick toward the end of the procedure I couldn't stand up getting out of the seat and fell. I am now home and having a terrible reaction to the 9 shots of whatever it was they gave me, with my entire face swollen up. Somehow this, combined with the bad reaction and panic attack I was having, was no concern to them while I was at the office. I was so ill I had to leave before getting my cleaning done, so I explained to the receptionist as politely as I could (despite being extremely sick and upset) that I needed a refund for the cleaning, upon which she threw a $10 bill at me.

I am still not entirely clear on the instructions I was given as the assistant was very snarky toward me at the end and I don't understand his English well despite asking for clarification three times. After I have my permanent crown put in, I will be requesting my records so I can transfer my care elsewhere because this was an absolute insane experience.
