The worst gated community company I have ever seen. For more information, this is in regards to stoneybrook West, where I watch your guards daily let people through without checking licenses, or calling homeowners to see if they are expecting someone if they are not in the app. Yesterday I watched your guard sit with his feet up in the guard shack and just open the gate for anybody that came up. Your company has received multiple complaints yet We continue to have this problem. Those are the details.

We used Vital Security in our store during a large event that was being held in our shopping center. They were fantastic! They came out a few days before to understand our layout, and gain greater understanding of our concerns so they could address everything to our satisfaction. They took the time to listen and provide their professional perspectives on what we needed AND what we did not need. The day of the event was flawless. While their presence was known, it was not overbearing to our clients. Courteous, pleasant, and very professional. We felt we were in the best possible hands.

I worked for Mr. Roger's years ago and I am happy to see how much his company has grown.

Since they took over Stoneybrook West security, the lines at the gate are backed up all the way to the road (about 20 cars). Vendors are refusing to service the neighborhood because of all the time lost at the gate. Forget about hot food deliveries too. They need to get their act together or the residents are going to revolt!

These guys truly are top notch. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been professional and polite. This is the security company you want to go with.

Vital smoothly handled Turtle Creek's transition to its company, including the transfer of several Gate officers who wanted to continue working at our development. They appointed a quality Gate Captain, and also worked effectively with our HOA Management Co to keep costs from rising yet responsiveness high. New personnel also typically gave high quality performance after learning the duties here.
HOAs typically have volunteers serving on their Boards so they don’t always know how to best enable a transition (for instance, in developing & amending Post Orders) or how to manage personnel issues. Vital is not to blame for our HOA mishandling one personnel issue here over the summer of 2021. To Vital’s credit and Turtle Creek residents’ joy, Vital execs moved rapidly to facilitate a cure after the HOA Board leadership changed, and the new Board sought to have the officer rehired. I would not have any concerns about my HOA renewing a security contract with Vital. Their can-do, problem-solving approach earned my admiration as an HOA Security Committee member and Board member.

One of best companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I've been in the industry 20 years. I would also like to add to this post that under my management of this community, Jay Donaldson was accredited for saving a man's life. A man having a diabetic episode plowed through the gates of his community. He jumped into the security vehicle in pursuit. Upon locating the vehicle Jay quickly diagnosed the situation and realized that he was in distress. Leading to him contact the man's wife by way of the drivers cell phone. He provided the man's wife with his location and notified the gate guard that she was on her way and to let her through, no questions asked. He literally saved the man's life.

This company does not respond to customers. So, if you are looking for a NO Service security company that careless about the customer and just wants your money hire them!

Horrible company DO NOT USE THEM. We live in Turtle Creek and they are the security company and they do NOT train their staff. We have a guard gate that they should be checking people and all they do is wave anyone in. The management their needs to get their act together and train their employees.

Vital Security staff seem to have no common sense to consider situational issues. While having work done on pavers and having them sealed, we have not been able to park on the driveway for several days. We have been parking in the empty lot across the street for this reason. This morning we woke up to notices on our vehicles. They do not address the residents speeding throughout the neighborhood in vehicles or golf carts or the trash that contractors discard on work sites (in which they passed to get to our vehicles) but seem to pick and choose what’s easiest and obvious.

If you have another place in which we can park while this work is being done for a disabled Vet and elderly woman please advise.

They keep you waiting for new hire paper work that never goes to email they are very disorganized I was technically hired 2 weeks ago I asked several times if I could come in person to do the paper work to no avail so I’m now reopening my job search I do not recommend anyone to peruse employment with this company I’ve called Ursula several times she ignored my calls the last 3 days and never called back the person that replied lied in their response do not I repeat do not apply for a position in this company

I have worked with the leadership members of Vital Security & Investigations for several years; they are professional and always have their clients and employees best interest in mind. They have a culture many employees desire to be a part of and I have enjoyed working with them all. I would refer clients and potential employees to this organization.

Vital security has fired me in Solivita for Not taking a managers job. They treated me so bad and at the end before my 1st vacation madalyn fired me. I kept very quiet because if I would of said something about the bad treatment they was gonna fire me and they did. Now I’m hurting for having NO Job
And NO gift for Christmas for my family
And the homeless people I used to feed with my job at Vitals security investigations thanks for taking food
off my table. Not cool
