Always a pleasant experience going to see Dr Patel and his staff. Very professional and personal. It is unusual to have the insurance and billing dept.work with you in satisfying the insurance company requirements.

Professional, friendly and efficient staff. Love this practice. Have moved enough to know. Appreciate how they work so well together for the patients best interest.

As a new patient, Dr. Patel, Linda, and the team are truly remarkable; words can not express how grateful I am. Since returning to Jacksonville from Dallas and knowing that a prior oral surgeon had caused trigeminal neuralgia (nerve damage), I was extremely apprehensive about choosing a new dentist facility. I totally believe that Dr. Patel and his stuff are outstanding. They're genuinely kind and empathetic, and because of my nerve injury, I did not request special attention (even when im in constant pain), as I would like everyone to be treated the same but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I am really grateful to Dr. Patel and his team for everything. Linda stated on my first new patient call, "I hope you can make us your dental home" wellllll I've found a new dental home.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and very kind. Our entire family is very pleased with the services we have received.

Excellent experience! I had avoided going to the dentist for so long due to previous difficulties. My first visit here was so wonderful! Everyone was very friendly. The dentist was kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend Vitalize dental to friends and family!

After receiving a card in the mail, I chose this location three years ago because it was close to my home. It was also a very new facility which I also liked. I stay, although I now live much further away, because of the staff.
Dr. Patel is really the best dentist I've ever had- and I've had several. He was the 1st ever to take the time to explain what was happening with my dental health-or lack thereof- and what his team would try to do to help. He even told me what the steps would be if they were unsuccessful.
His Team, is pretty great too. Amy, my hygienist is thorough and takes time to educate me on basic things like correctly using a water pik.
The ladies up front are awesome. First impressions last and they're always pleasant.
Charity is great about making sure I maximize my dental plan and get every discount coming to me and both her and Claudia have provided guidance on my treatment plans which has helped me successfully prioritize my treatments.
I came because of the location but I stay because of the service.

Great place with great, professional, skilled friendly staff, and all the latest devices and equipment which makes life in the dentist chair as nice as it can be. I've been going here for several years, have started to have necessary extensive work done recently, and I can say I'm very satisfied with my experience, and every time I visit. They recommend what needs to be done and explain why as well, so I've never felt like I was being taken or what not.

I'm happy I found them, and they live half a mile from me! If I stayed with my last dentist, I'm pretty sure I would have two fractured molars by now, which thankfully Vitalize identified right away and were able to crown before a big, painful problem materialized.

Just like most businesses here in Florida, they take advantage of people in their lack of knowledge as far as dental work goes. I went in and had my initial visit and they took more time taking actual pictures of my teeth to put on a TV screen for 45 minutes for me to look at, then they did the x-rays and anything else. Then when they came to me, they came with me at the grand of $27,000. And then tried to assure me that they had plenty of payment options. I’m sorry, but I don’t care about the Keurig machine or the most comfortable chair in the waiting room. Yes they were pleasant but it’s easy to be when they see their kids college fund sitting in the chair. After that, I finally had been referred by a friend to a different dentist. It was very refreshing to actually see a business in Florida That’s not trying to take advantage of people my total went from wait for it… $27,000… To $500. I can’t believe that this place gets good reviews. I am not one to leave bad reviews on people like this, but I feel that people should be warned. I would much rather a please keep all the little perks and just give me some time magazines and a plastic chair of it means saving me $26,000. Had I want there? I’d be missing more teeth and of course they would’ve been happy to put implants in. They would’ve ripped my gums apart even though I was they needed was a regular cleaning. Shameful business if you ask me. I don’t know how some people can sleep at night.

Always friendly faces here and great customer service. Dr Patel is very thorough - and very patient. Thankful I found this dental office!

Great experience once again. This is the most professional staff I've ever encountered for over 6 decades of going to the dentist.

I switched to Vitalize Dental from Aspen Dental who absolutely traumatized me when administering Novacane. A simple procedure was horrendous! Aspen also had faulty equipment that ruined my clothing. Had Novacane today at Vitalize Dental by Julia and didn’t feel a thing. What a difference. Thank you Vitalize Dental!

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Patel. I was greeted warmly by Linda, the receptionist, and seen right on time as scheduled.
Dr. Patel spent time explaining the procedure which put me at ease. He was very thorough and he evaluated my situation which saved me in excess of $1000 for a procedure I was advised to have by another local dentist.

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! I went to an emergency dentist who told me I needed implants and was about to charge me almost $10k for all the work. I’m so glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Patel! All I needed was a crown. Definitely recommend this dentist!

They had an ad for $99 which included X-ray, exam and cleaning. I called and the receptionist verified this special. Therefore I made the appointment. The doctor refused to do the cleaning, instead he wanted me to spend a few thousand of dollars on other things. The doctor told me that there were exclusions to this special but I was never told this when I had asked the receptionist to confirm that the $99 included the x-rays, exam and cleaning. This seems like a scam to get you into the office and spend thousands of dollars.

From the moment you arrive, I am always impressed by how kind and friendly the entire staff is. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and caring. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain procedures to me and my family. His work is excellent and overall, this is truly an exceptional practice.

I love the entire staff! Today I went in with a broken crown and they took care of me right away. I’m so thankful for their compassion and patience.
