Vivid Orthodontics, Fleming Island FL

Where should I start? I’ve had such an amazing experience with Vivid Orthodontics. Dr. Matt & his staff were so accommodating throughout my entire visit! They definitely deliver a great patient care setting.

Impossible to get ahold of. They don’t ever answer the phones and when I leaves messages they don’t call back. My son is a new patient and already frustrated.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got my braces removed LAST YEAR and i made the full payment for the after braces fee which was $1K and i’m STILL BEING CHARGED UNTIL THIS DAY. I called and left voicemails and emails and nobody got back to me like they said that would. Unprofessional and they just scam you for your money.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and organized. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This was my second choice, but I wish it was my first. This place is 100 times better than the place we went to first. The staff is so nice and professional and they took care of us. Highly recommend.

Good morning friends and family I just want to tell you how blessed I am to experience such professional service from Dr. Bahri and this staff at Fleming Island! The front desk receptionist especially Akiria is definitely a People’s
person! The dental assistant Latrasha was very sympathetic to my needs. Overall the experience is amazing.

When I first began my treatments at the Fleming Island office the receptionists that were employed at the time were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. As I approached the last couple of months of my treatments the morale of the office has changed drastically due to the receptionists no longer employed for whatever reason! The receptionists now don’t acknowledge your presence when you arrive for your appointments! The office manager (Dasom) walked in the waiting area on several occasions and would not even say hello to any of the patients waiting area to be called for their treatments! In any profession when dealing with the public you must have people skills and a great attitude! Service with a smile without the patients they would not have a job! Had I known I was going to feel like just another contact signed I’ve would have done my research and gone elsewhere! Which made me dread going to my appointments! Overall the staff in the back area were very helpful and understanding with my treatment needs!
