Did my surgery last November & call two weeks after getting home to advise them that one of my buttocks was bigger than the other they told me someone would’ve reached out to me nobody did I Called back on several occasions still no return call. Now I have a botch surgery. Also, they did not remove any fat from the upper part of my abdomen so I have all this fat that’s left. Their Customer service was great before surgery but after surgery was done they didn’t care. I hate my results and should have been compensated for the poor results the surgeon did

Had a little hiccup with payment, but beyond that, my sister seems happy with her surgery.

According to my wife, the people to talk to about payments and instructions was not great, told us we could pay with credit card, then after a few thousand dollars in payments, told us they would only take cash. Hard to contact. Stuff like that.

But the doctors and nurses were excellent, and very thorough.

This place is ridiculous please stay away
They let you rush to plan your surgery then tell you that your deposit is valid for two years after they just told you it’s valid for 30days! Go somewhere else the lipo isn’t that great!

Dr. Cannon had a great personality. However, the communication with vixen is horrible. I had to constantly call, wait on hold or told I would be contacted when I contacted them to know the status of my surgery clearance. I got a BBL. The surgical coordinators operated via text. I was 159 and had to gain 10-15 pounds in order to be approved for surgery. I ended up getting to 173. I am not that satisfied with my results. I am almost 3 months post op. I have a knot on the side of my butt, (massages won’t flatten it) my hips are two different shapes and I still have back fat near my bra line on my right but not my left. The larger hip is also on my right. It’s like two different ppl did each side of my body. My waist isn’t that snatched either. My love handle are decreased but my waist measures the same. My butt is not noticeably bigger. It’s been two months and not one person has questioned the size of my butt because it looks nearly the exact same. However, it does look fuller I admit. But with my weight gain, people just think my butt is fuller because of that. My results are not giving BBL like I expected. I know they say to wait 3 months but I can tell my body is no longer changing. I’m upset because I was told to gain weight. Since I had to gain weight, I would have expected a big butt. I asked for natural big, large hips, projection, to make sure all the fat is sucked out my midsection and back and a hour glass figure. However, it’s just natural. The size of my butt that I was given, I could have had the same at my original Weight of 159. If I had stayed at that weight, I would have had the appearance of a more snatched waist which would have automatically made my butt to appear bigger. Now, I’m left with back fat that I didn’t have at 159 pounds. You would think that if I had to gain weight, that all my fat would’ve been sucked out and transferred to my butt. I have NOT ruined my results by sitting on my butt or laying on my sides… I still don’t sit on my butt. I am at 173 pounds now. I also was working out before surgery and stopped so that I could gain weight.
Overall, I spent about 7k for surgery, flights and lodging because I traveled from another state and im unhappy. I hate to complain but I could’ve just worked out in the gym and got the same results. Some one did follow up with me via text about 2 weeks afterwards, I told them about my imperfections and they told me to wait 3 months to see final results. I had surgery on 3/30/23.

My experience with Vixen Plastic Surgery has been amazing. From coordination all the way to surgeon. I have been treated with professionalism since I first contacted them for a quote. All my questions were answered with no hesitation and I had a lot of questions. I got a Triggafied combo. Lipo, bbl and breast augmentation. Everything went smooth during pre op, surgery day and post op. If I ever decide to get a round 2, without a doubt, I will choose Vixen and Dr. Triggs.

Arahi (Ari) was really helpful, informative, and patient. They answered any questions/ concerns I had. 10/10 customer service.

Amazing amazing amazing, did it with doctor cannon and i feel amazing, every staff member was more than nice n compliant, before surgery i got many calls to check in on me and inform me, and after i got many personal numbers even from the clinics where they send u for prescription to help with anything i may need or any questions i may have.amazing clinic, amazing work, amazing staff. This is going to be my first surgery, mayara santos has been nothing but supportive, I love her already I can’t wait to meet her. I have a lot of anxiety but speaking to her makes me feel like I’m talking to my therapist I can’t wait to meet her and dr cannon

My experience overall was great, any questions or concerns I had they were answered and in a timely manner. The deposit wasn’t too high and I was given dates that matched my lifestyle and when I wanted to get my surgery done. Mayara santos was great and I referred her to all my friends who wanted to book with vixen plastic surgery.

Dr Cannon didn’t give me anywhere close to the results I wanted, and this was in 2021. It doesn’t even look like I had work done after several thousand dollars. I had lumps, discoloration, AND most importantly a groin abscess that had to repaired by another surgeon. I contacted this office numerous times, sent photos, and an operative report. I was offered a revision surgery for the cost of $2600 to cover OR. I didn’t feel this was right and contacted the BBB to file a complaint. I have followed back up with this office to give them a final opportunity to rectify the matter. I am devastated and very self conscious now! I need this fixed!

Mayara Santos was very professional and efficient with getting me scheduled for my surgery.

I'd be careful coming here the manager which is the lady and her husband or rip off I did their whole floor in the clinic about a year ago and they were not happy by offered to redo the floor again out of my pocket and they still have not paid or wanted to reschedule they owe $13 k bad experience with some bad Cubans owners. If they are like that doing contracts imagine how they will do in surgeries for customers.

The coordinator Mayara was very helpful guiding me through the booking process. She was very informative and patient with me while I inquired about the process. I am super excited about my procedure. Great customer service.
