16This place does not take reservations. It is first come, first served. If you want to go to dinner, I recommend going early as I had a group of 8, so we had to have two tables but didn't have to wait because we went early. By the time I was leaving there was a line out the door. The food is very fresh and priced well.
K-pot is known in Orlando BUT Volcano beats them, hands-down, best food, best service, best pricing, amazing quality of products 100% Will definitely be Repeat customers
Yang was our server and he was amazing! We had no idea what we were doing but he was so patient in helping us cook our bbq and hot pot. Thanks Yang!

Went on Christmas day. Good choice of foods for grill and hot pot. Would recommend the short ribs.

Love this buffet restaurant! A perfect mixture of hotpot and BBQ. It’s brilliant with high quality meat, seafood and vegetables. Also the starters are very nice and delicious.

Great place for hot pot.and bbq. Huge space for friends and family. I enjoyed grilling the meats and cooking your own soup. Varierty of ingredients to choose from. Highly recommended. Advise to book early. We were lucky to get 2 tables.
The place was so empty where I was sitting. Not a lot of options for just HotPot. Customer service was great. Food was ok.
Good was good, but very limited unless you're into that kind of food! Can't say I've ever seen chicken feet on the food bar before!

Friends from Canada, if you come to Orlando from Montreal/Toronto/Vancouver, this store has affordable prices, but it may not meet your expectations. It is still a little different from MTV, but the prices are affordable.
The food was delicious, all you can eat, including dessert. The waitress was kind and willing to address all of our questions, the place was clean. 5 stars!
Everyone was nice.
The young guy we had as a server was very nice when he first greeted us. After he brought us our initial requests, he was MIA. He was at the front counter talking with the young ladies working the register.
