Our salesman, Joe Oliver, is wonderful - he’s very knowledgeable and really cares for his clients! We feel like family when we come in and speak with him! He’s gone above & beyond for us many times.

Micky Joy, the general manager, is amazing - very kind and takes great care of his clients! I know that if we ever had an issue we could come to him and he’d make it right.

Keith in the finance department usually helps us out when it comes time to do the paperwork (he’s also amazing) but this most recent time I got to meet Patti who was SO sweet and knowledgeable!

Can’t say enough good things about this place, this a genuine dealership. I’ve brought my 2016 GLI here three times now for service and warranty work. Andrew and Kory were both very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough during my experiences. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and kept me up to date in real time. The service desk associates were very straight forward and professional handling my expenses. The staff here is very personable and genuinely cares about each customers experience and satisfaction with their visit. I will be returning after chatting with Kyle about another future VW purchase! Very friendly staff, smooth and straight forward. My dealer Rob Winters was exceptional, as my deal was complex involving a long distance trade in transport, but Rob did everything he could to make the process go as fast as smooth as possible. They also have recently added more virius safety measures in place so you feel safe doing business which is a plus these days. So if your in the market for a VW give them a try, they get you any possible discount/incentive they can find for the best deal possible.

I’d like to know who the owner is and ask them why my daughter has had nothing but problems with the car she bought from Naples VW. And why She has had nothing but a run around from them and mounting repair bills! Horrible! She even took it to an independent VW specialist and they told her the problem was nothing but a sensor! VW not only won’t give this mechanic (VW certified) any help but told her she needed $5000 of work (originally $1900!) to fix it! To see my daughter in tears over this is unbelievable! If this is the way VW treats its customers then I will never own another VW and I will recommend you run away from them as fast as you can! Also my daughter was told that they ONLY replace the roof motors in pairs but they admitted today that it’s only a “recommendation”!
They lied about their emissions and they lie about the reliability of their cars! They are expensive to fix and expensive to buy! All based on a falsehood!

Kory and the crew were very accommodating and professional; I had no problem working from there with fast wifi; my car is ready for a long road trip now:)

In my 20 years of experience knowledge customer service that whitout including values and common sense I had never seen a person as prepare as Luis Duval is. Horrid customer service. Wasn't allowed to talk to the manager about my car's issues. They basically told me that I need to speak with the manufacturer and see if the CAN help me because they, apparently, can't do anything with the car I purchased there.

Buying a car is one of my least favorite activities or should I say it was.until I came to VW of Naples. I bought my Jetta TDI at this dealership 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience from the moment I walked into their parking lot!
I have to mention Alec and Andy - nice, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Everybody that I've met at this dealership was very pleasant.
