Karol was an awesome sales person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and the best was that i never felt pressured to buy anything. The car was for my son and he is the happiest person with the decision made.
Also, the finance person (John I think) was also great and very quick.

Karol, R made the sales process very pleasant and enjoyable. He has taken his time and explained the new features of the ID4 even though on a busy Saturday. The whole experience of visiting VW of North Tampa was very enjoyable. I didn't regret to visit this showroom all the way Miami to get my ID4. Karol called several time while I was driving back home and checking on me whether I was able to charge my car on the way without any issues and I was able to make home safely. He is so kind and very friendly. I would definitely refer my friends to Karol R. Thank you Karol for all your help.

Terrible service. Not helpful at all. Very dismissive. I came in because there was an oil leak in my car and they told me, within 10 minutes time, it is the condensation from the AC and I do not have to worry about anything. It did not seem right so I went to another dealership and they told me that there is a malfunction with the engines seal and it is extremely dangerous to drive.

Rodney spent four months working with me as I reserved a new GTI. He hooked me up with the first one that hit the lot and helped me get under MSRP for it when other dealerships are marking them up $5k+.

This is my third car from this dealership and I’m sure, in a few years, I’ll be back for number four.

Oh my husband Roger and I bought a 2022 Volkswagen atlas from Karol. He is definitely engaging, honest, efficient knowledgeable and friendly! We would seek him out and work with him again in the future for car buying even though we live in Fort Lauderdale and he is in Tampa!

Great experience with Karol buying our Atlas at VW of North Tampa! This was our first time at this dealership. Karol was knowledgeable about the car and patient with our questions. He made it a much more pleasant experience than car buying typically is. When the time comes for our next VW we will be back. Thanks also to Christina and Ron!

There is a lot I could say about my recent car buying experience with Karol Rosochowicz at VW of North Tampa, but the bottom line is that he treated me very well and he earned my business. And let me just say, that it is not an easy accomplishment. I will be sure to recommend Karol to my family and friends as I am sure they too will be in good hands.

VW of North Tampa has an excellent sales team. I didn't feel pressured nor obligated, and it was great - felt like I was just talking about cars with other car enthusiasts. Their salesman, Nick Alvarez, is a real class act. Great guy, chill demeanor which made him excellent to work with, and stayed after hours to talk cars and numbers with me. I 100% recommend him and his services to anyone looking to buy.

My experience with the service I got from the department was the worst and they have a video that the mechanic has of your car tells you what's wrong and the service lady name Toni W and Joshua Johnson never discussed this issues never return my phone calls they did some work but never finished plus $2.500 for two hours half was labor.
I don't recommend this place something is wrong.

Very very disappointed. I had service scheduled for September 22nd and the night before I was called by the service manager regarding the change of ownership and that the next available appointment was on October 12th and I should schedule with another dealership, regrettably my only Tampa option was Kuhn. Then this afternoon I received the “positive” transition email and called Reeves VW Service to schedule service. First available appointment is now October 5th but cannot provide a loaner car as per usual. Asked about pricing…minimum $89 out the door for oil change where Kuhn quoted $49.99, asked for a price match but that was disregarded. I’ve bought 4 VWs from Reeves. This is not the customer service I expected or have been accustomed to. I will NOT be recommending them as I have done in the past nor will I return. Great job Reeves/Morgan, way to lose a customer.

This is the worst service department I have ever worked with. Took my car under warranty on Thursday morning and it was not seen until this morning (Tuesday). My technician lied to me and the staff could not provide true updates. Can't get ahold of a manager. NEVER AGAIN.

Call center staff are great, my service advisor always called me back if he wasn't able to answer right away. It was expensive but it was a serious job that only the dealership was able to do. Im glad I drove 30min out of my way to Reeves VW than chance using Brandon VW.

This was the best car buying experience i've ever had. Everyone was so kind and straight forward, and as a woman, I didn't feel like anyone was looking down on me or trying to give me a bad deal because they thought that I didn't know what I was doing.

I had a trade-in and all of the paper work and everything was done in 2.5 hours. I love my new car and I have been recommending Reeves to everyone!

Sondra made the whole entire process enjoyable & incredibly easy! I left Reeves VW today feeling happy & confident in my decision! I even left a few things in my old car that she kept for me to come pick up. Ron also made the process smooth & enjoyable!

I was visiting the area from another state and decided to go car shopping. I requested information via their website and was contacted the same day by Sondra Narciso. I shared information about the type of vehicle and trim level that I was looking for and she had one available on the lot. She was upfront and honest about the pricing. It also helped that she owned the same vehicle that I was looking to purchase. She sent me the total out-the-door price with taxes and transportation included. I couldn't make it to dealership right away and Sondra was going on vacation but she placed me in the hands of her colleague, Kaitlyn. Sondra and Kaitlyn were extremely helpful every step of the way. They both continued to check in on me during the process and even after I received the vehicle. I even enjoyed talking about smoked meats with the finance manager, while signing documents. The entire process went smoothly and I would recommend Reeves Volkswagen because of their honest pricing and excellent customer service.

Not happy at all
I had to go 4 times to the dealership to be able to program and copy a key, a service they sell, they charged the full price and I had to keep going back to see if they could figure it out! NOT OK,
service manager never apologized nor we got a single discount and all I can say is that I’m not happy,
so, if you are planning to pay a full price to have another car key and key fob done by them, you may end up going several times.
Service advisor was nice and polite but I have a lo to say about management.sadly, I'm not going to take my car to Service again there.
