This is a poorly run business. He probably has many accounts. But for the people who get towed. They are in for a wait. He took hours to answer my call. And then made me sit outside his run down office. So I could pay for my vehicle. He also said he'd email me a receipt and pics. It hasn't happened. If you can't handle running the place give up or get help.

My experience is one of their drivers driving erratic and intentionally trying to run me and another car off of I95 South in St. Johns County. It was terrifying, and I called the company to report the driver. They employ drivers who have no buisiness driving.period. I'm sure nothing happened to the driver, but at least I did my part trying to get that *** off the road in a large truck (that is also towing other people's vehicles while driving reckless)

I understand what towing is for and the rules and regulations that come along with this.however these weird dysfunctional people falsely steal my car while I’m on a lunch break.

Company forced me to pay $172 after stealing my vehicle while I was in my home on a lunch break from the complex that I live in parking space.

Called to confront the situation panicking and one of their agents laughed at me would not provide their name or let me speak to a supervisor.

Company says my tag was expired I have documentation proving that my tag was not expired.

Company did not care to verify the documentation and would not release my car to me unless I gave them $172.

Appropriate further action will be taken as necessary

They are nothing but a bunch of miserable people that want to make other people miserable like themselves. & should be held accountable.

I called this place b'cse Volusia County Sheriff's love to pull ppl over n the officer threatened me w/10mins to get a Tow or he'd impound My Car! So the gentleman I spoke w/from VCT was very polite n understandable n they were at the scene within a cple mins not hrs like majority of the Tow Trucks js

Chris G the owner is an idiot as he would not talk to me, and he lied that he had a pic of all the damages on the vehicle before he towed it. He told me that he sent it to my wife's email which she never received. She called him and his company several times to get it however we can tell they were trying to dodge us so they never called her back or would get her in touch with the owner. I am about to sue the hell out of him for towing my Ferrari incorrectly. He scraped the bottom of it and now I have access to the video of them doing it from the Holiday Inn in Daytona Beach. Thank God one of the staff members took a good video of what happened. I wish I could post the video however it only gives me the option of a picture which I have attached. The Ferrari damage was caught by one of my collision specialists in Atlanta and they also stated that it had to have been done by a tow truck and now they are right as I have the video which has sound now. However, the courts will review this video 100% in our favor as it is crystal clear of the damages, and it has the sound of the scrape. We tried to reason with the owner however this idiot is so stupid that we have called multiple times to settle the damages however because he is so stupid, he decided to just let me litigate when everything is on freaking clean video. It is 100% visible that they screwed up however he blocks my wife's phone who is the owner of the car listed however I am the true owner as I paid for it 100%. He told me that he only talked to the owner of the vehicle which my wife tried 8 different times to call, and they kept telling her he was busy. Now I will be suing this company for $325,000 as the front end is scraped at the bottom and the body shop is telling me the way it was towed caused more damage to the plate underneath. These dumb idiots need to understand that if they don't know how to tow vehicles like this then they shouldn't. I plan on suing them for not only towing my vehicle incorrectly but also for my time and attorney fees. By the end of the day, they will probably be paying me around a minimum of $400,000 in settlement or about $500,000 with all fees included. I tried to talk to them to settle it out of court however now they don't have a choice as they have pissed me off. They also don't know who I am as I asked them to look me up on my website however again the low intelligence, we are dealing with there is uncanny. My net worth is $350 million, and it is not the money or the repairs of the vehicle that bothers me however it is the principle of the matter in which I will do everything in my power to ensure I strip as much funds as possible from this company to hopefully make it go bankrupt, so they don't do this to another car.

Anthony was a true professional and made me at ease with the way he towed my bike. Recommend using this company if you are ever in a jam.

Stealing peoples money, lying about the time vehicles were towed and taking more money that is not owed to them and towing vehicles off of property. They should’ve never been towed because their greedy selfish individuals.

They accepted my roadside assistance tow. Towed my car to the apartment complex and put it in backwards into a spot. Then came out 7 days later and towed it for being backwards. LOL joke for a company. You and the lein holder can fight over that piece of junk.

In response to the owner who is lying. We did contact the apartment complex and they said it was fine He also forget to mention they are the towing company that tows the cars for being backwards lol. So they towed our car backwards after getting paid for it then tows it for being backwards for more money it was done on purpose lol. Life happens if we didn't get it done in 2 days it shouldn't matter. WHEN YOUR TOWING COMPANY TOWED IT BACKWARDS AND SAID SINCE IT WAS THEM WHO DID THEY WOULD LEAVE IT ALONE. ITS CALLED PREDATORY TOWING PER MY LAWYER. Horrible company the manager is the rudest I've ever met. Its ok we will see I what happens in the end.

Will illegally and incorrectly tow a vehicle from your place of residence causing damage. Disgusting money hungry pigs. Tire marks all across the parking lot, would post a video if I could. Our roommates described screeching and crunching sounds at the time of the tow. Predatory business

Well ofcourse I dislike them because they towed my car when my daughter forgot to put my handicap tag up when park in the spot but the only thing is I usually have it hanging every day so everybody knows me around my apt building and the are so many other people who park in my apt without being handicap and they have never been towed so what's up with that? I can say the guy I saw too get my car back was nice and answered all my questions. That part was very good.

Love this company! My job has used them for years. Always fast always professional always friendly. I needed help with my personal vehicle late last night and once again was not disappointed. Quick and efficient with the most possible care for the condition of my truck at the same time. William was fantastic and knew exactly what to do. I will always recommend volusia county towing!

I watched this company deceitful take people's cars on a Friday night at 2-4am at a hotel people payed for witch includes parking. I've stayed at many hotels over the entire country. And this is the only county in the state of Florida that does this! You supposedly can't park backwards, even if you can still see the tag. I got videos of these guys shining flashlights in people's cars looking for bogus reasons to tow a car. And taking pictures of people's tags walking around the parking lot. Not just one car every car. Never seen this anywhere. I would sue this company for unlawful a preve! Crooked way to make money! They desperately look for any reason on a Friday night just to ruin your weekend. Never seen that before anywhere, no other county does this. I got videos of this company's workers looking in people's cars.
Call them to get you off the side of the road the charge is woefully less. Yet for some reason its more expensive being towed out of a parking lot in a hotel you paid for. That advertises free and secure parking.
I littlerally videod fat girl get out and take a picture of my tag well after my truck sitting there for over 2 weeks. I know what they were doing. Waiting for the absolute second it expired as they drove by last night Aug 1st and looked at my tag again. Oys a company full of cockroaches waiting on a crumb.
Seminole county don't do it, flagler don't do it, Brevard don't do it, st John's don't do it, but yet somehow it's ok in Volusia County. Even if you pay for the hotel with the parking right off the interstate. With one sign in the most retarded spot for 2 hotels. They put that sign in that spot for a reason. To get you. Any other tow company puts there signs within a certain amount of feet from one another in the actual parking lot. So people can clearly see them. Cockroaches. Motion of a preve needs to be filed with this company! Never seen anything like it in the entire state of Florida. This don't happen anywhere els.
