Kristin is amazing. She is authentically loving while sharing herself through her experiences. She is vulnerable and soft when necessary…and dominant and assertive when I need a reality check. Kristin is flexible with her approach. She truly had superpowers! She can take a jumble mess of a mind and bring clarity with a few questions. What once was impossible is now possible. I started working with Kristin not know what I wanted to do. I have many interests. She helped me clean out what I was wasting my energy on and focus on what will bring results. I am still excited about my goal setting during this Leadership Workshop with Kristin. I felt safe, encouraged, and challenged during the experience and I appreciate Kristin's coaching to help me see the difference between facts and views possibly inhibiting me from achieving my goals. I especially enjoyed how participants were given a space to provide creative and experience-based suggestions for each other. Together, along with Kristin, we each generated practical and actionable steps to meet our objectives and beyond. I highly recommend this workshop and will join again on the next available session Kristin facilitates. Thank you, Kristin!
Working with Kristin was priceless. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I was at a major crossroads in my career path and without her insightful wisdom, ideas, and action plans, I would not have been able to move forward.
