VRCC LLC, Cape Coral FL

We stayed at a VRCC property in Cape Coral. The property was clean and met our expectations. Cape Coral was a great place to stay for our family vacation. The management staff was excellent.

Rented this villa for my sister’s bachelorette party! Had the perfect amount space for all the girls and we had so much fun using the pool. It’s a great location with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Everyone was so helpful, I definitely recommend this place!

Just returned from a 2wk stay at Villa Mosa in Cape Coral, it was so relaxing we didn’t want to come home! This villa has everything you need and so much more, it’s spacious yet cozy and transports you from everyday life to a relaxing getaway. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, beds are super comfortable. The living area is wide open and we loved the sliding glass doors across the back to see the pool and canal behind the villa. Lots of extras available for use as well, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, boogie boards and more! All the comforts of home are at your fingertips … and let’s not forget about the gorgeous outdoor living space:) The additional space on the pool deck is genius, the outdoor kitchen with high top table is great use of the space. We stayed here in 2022 for a week and loved it so much we returned this year for 2wks … the upgrades that were done to the house are top notch! No expense spared on this villa … we were sad to go home but cannot wait to return again next year! Don’t delay, book this villa today … you won’t regret it!

Stayed at the Villa Flirty Flamingo. Good stay overall and the house and pool area were enjoyable, and, location on the canal was nice. There is some outside damage still from Hurricane Ian, with the pool cage and a couple trees that fell, but this was disclosed in the listing, and did not deter from enjoying our stay.

Everything was excellent the house and pool were great and the location was very convenient to great stores, restaurants and harbor

Our house was beautiful and so clean! We loved the views of the water each morning and the covered patio was so nice to have. Rain or shine, we were able to sit outside. Great communication from the staff and property manager. We would 1000% recommend and will definitely be going back with the whole family next time! Thank you for a wonderful get-a-way!

We just finished our stay at Villa Nouveau. It is a beautifully decorated home. Very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything that you need. The outdoor pool area is wonderful! We spent most of our days out by the pool. Great location, lots near by.
Quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure dealing with the property managers and their team, if you ever need something the team is always prompt in coming to assist.

We truly enjoy this rental. We’re from Wisconsin and Cape Coral has become our winter home for several years now. We were the second year in this home. The owner is so great and responsive as is the rental company. The house is clean and has everything anyone would need. Location is outstanding.

We had a great week at Villa Nautilus. Josh was very responsive to any concern that came up.

We rented Harbour Bay and the service was excellent. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I love vacationing in Cape Coral. There is some much to see and do! We were thrilled to find this property that had a canal and pool, with a modern, clean and comfortable feel. We really can not recommend this home enough. The hosts make sure you have everything you need so that you have a easy stay. They offer beach towels, beach gear for children and adults, cookware, bath linens and many other accomodations. The outdoor space is beautiful, private and well kept, and although we didn't let get a chance to use it they have a built in outdoor cooking space.
We only used 1 bedroom but all of the rooms were clean and welcoming. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Horrible company. Harassed us for more money and then entered our home and locked us out! Do not book with VRCC!

We stayed at this house for 4 days and had an awesome time. The house is beautiful and spotless. The neighborhood is great and the views are spectacular

I would absolutely not recommend using this company for your rental experience. My family and I booked a vacation to stay at one of the Cape Coral properties. My mother was later diagnosed with cancer and unable to travel due to her chemo protocol. Despite having paperwork completed by her oncologist forbidding travel, as well as purchased travel insurance, this company charged us for the vacation and refused to respond to all communication. We had not requested a refund, rather wanted to postpone the trip in hopes my mother would be well enough to travel at a later date. Not only is the lack of communication unprofessional and unethical, at the very least I would expect a response apologizing for the circumstances.

The house we rented was very clean and modern. The hot tub, pool, and outdoor area was the exact escape we needed. The hosts attended to our every need. The perfect getaway for us!

We spent the week at Villa Rome and had a great time. Weather was perfect and much of Cape Coral and Fort Myers were open and service was amazing everywhere. VRCC makes checking in so easy and we’re very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location, fantastic house! Spent 5 days with our family and loved it. Ft Myers beach is still mostly closed but we went up to siesta key and Venice beach are amazing. Pool was relaxing and very quiet neighborhood.
