Worst watch repair ever! Took my Tag Heuer dive watch for a repair and battery. The first time I picked up the watch and got it wet it had moisture under the crystal. When I took the watch back and asked if they had pressure tested it, they looked at me like I was nuts. Then they said they could fix the moisture problem and replace a scratched crystal. Now it apoears that the rotating bezel had been glued in place. They have no idea what they're doing, at least with a dive watch.

I went in earlier today to sell two pieces of jewelry. I have to say that Samir is one of the most honest people I have ever dealt with in regards to dealing with jewelry. He gave me a very fair quote for my jewelry that I was already okay with. We made a deal, and I left with my money, already happy with my experience. One of his workers called me about half an hour later because he had acknowledged that my jewelry was worth more than the original quote and let me know that he was offering even more money! He was very kind and knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, as well as his employee. Will definitely be coming here again for any future needs and will be referring him to friends and family. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service! There was a minor mistake regarding payment for a set of amethyst earrings, but it was resolved quickly. They were honest and helpful, and the jewelry is gorgeous.

The only place to go for watch repairs or batteries in Countryside Mall! I was warned against other retailers by mall employees, and I wasn't taking an expensive Michele watch to a minimum wage employee at a kiosk. V&S did a fantastic job, quick and great price. Highly recommend!

Give this store 1 star as it is the lowest I can select; I went to this store on Friday 26 of November to ask about Moissanite Gemstone, the gentlemen in a blue shirt with an accent, responded by no, we don't sell this kind of stones here and start making fun of me when I turn and start leaving the store, this is the worse experience you can make someone feel, I would NOT recommend this store to any of my friends, it was a very disrespectful interaction, we don't treat the customer like this—never going to walk to this store again, even if they give free Diamonds.

Did not shop today but inquired on things. Very nice folks. Inside Countryside Mall. Best to park area of Red Robin restaurant. It's on right as you go in mall doors. They also fix Grandfather clocks and they have a nice selection of clocks, watches, straps for sale and so much more.

I called samir before going here because I was searching for a band for my smartwatch since I was allergic to the one it came with. The store I called before him which is also in the mall was very dismissive and told me they couldn't help me. Samir invited me to come down and told me he had a wide range of choices for me. He wasn't kidding! He did indeed have a very large selection for me to pick from and I chose one that not only seems to be working better so far but he has also improved the functionality of the watch. Very pleased with my experience and will gladly use him again. Thank you Samir!

Samir is my father so I might be a little biased but my father has fixed several watches for me and I have to admit, HE"S GOOD!

He is a thief, charged my debit card and didn't fix the item. I am so disappointed.beware. Smooth operator.

I fixed over 20 different watches there for a very reasonable price. One of them I was going to throw away but he fixed it for me and I still use it Untill now. I am collect watches that are some what not cheap and I only trust him with it no one else.

He has the best kids watches in there! My daughter is in love with her hello kitty watch.

I dropped my Rolex on tile and shattered the acrylic crystal- vintage to the watch made in the 80s. The owner replaced the crystal and asked if I wanted sapphire or acrylic. Recommending sapphire due to its durability I went with that (though a little more expensive) a few days later I dropped it off again because the gasket allowing it to be waterproof had worn out and be replaced that as well. Very fast, very efficient and great customer care. I 10/10 recommend for any watch repair ESPECIALLY high end luxury watches. They will take great care of you.

I really like the owner.very kind and knows his work well. One thing though.my watch is a Movado and to replace the battery was very expensive and I paid it but now my battery is dead after 4-5 months. I expected a high end battery to last me a year or 2. I'm disappointed that now I have to pay another $50 just for what another 4 months from a cheap battery. I still give him 3 because I think he is great and did not know this. Will be seeing him soon about this.
