I highly recommend V trips vacation rentals for your next family vacation. The entire team at the PALM COAST Vtrips location provided the best possible service. When you decide to take your family on a trip and spend a lot of money on a vacation rental home, you expect everything to go perfectly. The truth is sometimes life just gets in the way and not everything goes perfectly. To me a true measure of a company’s worth is not when everything goes well, rather when there’s a problem and the company responds to it. From the moment we began our online reservation, to when we actually arrived and started our vacation the process was flawless. We had a few questions along the way, and every time we reached out to this group, they answered all of our questions, and were so polite and professional. During our stay, we had a little bit of a problem that honestly was out of their control and our control, but I must say they responded in such a timely and professional manner to make everything work. You really can’t ask for much more than that. Our vacation was a great success, the property was wonderful, and most of all the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

I would caution anyome booking through, or renting their priperties through VTrips. We rented a property through VRBO, managed by VTrips. All and all the house was fine. I noticed at the beginning of our trip that they had not taken payment for our rental. Only a small service fee. I spent 45 minutes trying to reach VRBO to correct the billing issue.only to be told to contact VTrips. So I sent a message. I got a message back from VTrips saying to contact VRBO that we had an outstanding bill (no kidding). I called VTrips and spoke woth a lady who agreed to look into it. I got a call back from a lady named Tulsa who began telling me I was already in the rental and needed to pay my bill in an extremely rude tone. I had to stop her and ask who she was approaching me in that manor since I was the one spending my vacation trying to correct their mistake. I am extremely disappointed in this the management of this property. Time, stress, then berated for trying to fix their mistake. Completely unacceptable and not the care free vacation I hoped for. I am certain the owner would not appreciate that this compamy allowed a stay to start without even receiving payment.

Mistakes happen and I would not be writing a review had the company responded professionally and simply collected the payment the first time I reached out instead of how this was mishandled over and over.
