The banking side is pathetic
everytime I come to make a deposit and do it everyday as I have a small business the problems are every other day they count the money wrong or make wrong deposits in wrong account when the blue slip says the name and member number.please hire ppl who understa basic banking

Made an appointment because I would have to wait about 2-3 hours as a walkin. I didn't wait past my appointment time the next day. The representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She didn't know the answer to one thing, but she contacted a supervisor who answered it. The process dealing with my accounts didn't take long. If I hadn't had to come back at an appointment time, I'd given 5 stars.

I’m not sure who they have sitting at the front desk of the 103rd VyStar today 6/18 at 1: 40pm but she isn’t very friendly. You can’t even get a welcome to VyStar from her, and I hear a customer screaming for a manager. Guess I’m not the only one today that think her service sucks. Please pick a different associate to welcome in customers. Thank you.

I went to this branch last saturday trying to apply for a conventional mortgage loan and the lady at the from desk said to me that I should call to Vystar in order to find out if they do this kind of loan for an investment property, in other words she didn't have the slightest idea of what I was talking about, this is unacceptable, I really was expecting more professional staff from such big credit union like Vystar.

Went to another branch before this one and an employee at the Normandy branch almost made VyStar loose all our business. Came to this branch and had absolutely zero issues and opened our business account. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been with VyStar for over 15 maybe 20 years they have been fantastic to me they had to help me out with several problems I've had their kind of dere dere everything you would want in the bank so if you ever decide to find a bank to go to choose VyStar cuz VyStar helps you with everything you could possibly need to have a safe clean environment to enter talk to people you have your money safe you're safe this is an all-around great bank so if if if you're looking for a bank try VyStar that's why I give him 5 Stars air vent tastic I would have been with them and I love them and I'm to have no intentions of ever leaving them thank you so much

All Vystars. Totally done. It's evident they're losing employees and memberships but why give so much authority to tellers over super simple stuff. The idea is to take in more accounts than you lose.

THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY HOLD OUT OF STATE CHECKS. SO FAR THEY KEEP HOLDING EVERY CHECK I GET. AFTER GOING IN THERE 5 TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Great Credit Union. They are always friendly and provide quality service. Right now they don't let you in for routine things, but they will help you by doing the things you need and bring it out to you. Unless it's making deposits or withdrawals. If you need services other than that they will let the service people know and they will come out to you to get you and bring you in. Must wear a mask while you are inside and also when talking to the customer service member at the door. Have your ID and member number ready.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMES SERVICE specially the guy from the front desk.if you don’t like your job find another one.
I’m pregnant and I am waiting outside for 1 hour or more.this is ridiculous!

Lady at front desk is rude and have no patience 2nd time in here. Ask for my member number than just said have a seat they will find you.

I encountered one of your sales associate's by the name of Maria Cowart. While assisting me she continuously belittled me. Also when i asked for a copy of my id she laughed in my face for a while because i suggested using it to cash my check. It seems like your staff and employees just don't care about their jobs. Very rude every encounter

I have always loved Vystar and still to this day I would trust their handling my money because they have always been loyal to me. However, I understand its a holiday but i along with many others in jax fl are in a zone for evacuation for this Hurricane. Now it would of been nice if they had a hurricane plan for hurricane days or is it just me and no one knows that that is actually a thing going way back. Called Hurricane day and for people in those mandatory zones that couldnt make it to the bank the last day they were open which would of been Saturday, tell me why for those effected by the hurricane have to wait until tomorrow Tuesday to use banking. I don't care that its labor day that isnt affecting me what is affecting me is i need my money now and more worried about this storm and the one behind it so someone somewhere should put in guidelines an exception and should at least be opened for a half day. Use y'alls common sense (holiday or not.), so next time you will be more focused on helping your customers make it less stressful during these conditions.

I am very disappointed in VyStar. I’ve been a member for over a year. I have a stellar banking history to date. I have applied for a credit card with a max $500 limit through them twice, only to be denied both times. I’ve been basically handed $1,000 and $2,000 credit limits on two cards with another financial institution. Both of which I’ve had for one year, and have made every single payment on-time on both. Yet, my own personal credit union refuses to lend me any credit. The credit/loan associate I spoke to about this was extremely pompous and rude - telling me that I might want to “make more than the minimum payment on my cards” when I asked her what VyStar’s requirements are to lend to their members. I asked this because I’ve seen several reviews of members experiencing the same thing - being denied for every day loans (car, credit cards, etc), even when they have good credit with all creditors and good history with VyStar. She continued to repeat to me to make more than the minimum payment on my cards. I told her that I do and her attitude and talking down to me like I don’t take care of my financial obligations is unnecessary and completely rude. Having worked for a credit union, I can say that I would never talk down to a member the way she talked down to me.

It is because of this experience, and the constant issues with online/mobile banking every single week, that I will no longer be using VyStar as my personal bank for every day transactions. My money isn’t worth anything to them, and they’ve made that clear. I will deposit a very small amount to my savings to them every two weeks, but I will take the remaining amount of large deposits and paychecks to another bank.
