Where do I begin with the awesomeness that is Brittany Jarrell! She literally saved the day! I came in for a loan and after not being approved for the amount I needed we ultimately added my husband to the loan got it approved for more than enough and all in one day! But my review is not just about the loan, it is about the patience, professionalism, kindness, amazing customer service and the all over willingness of her to go above and beyond! Despite the issue of last year they are making a positive come back. They hold the door open for you coming and going. They greet you and talk to you as a person and not a number. They make sure your concerns are taken care of. I didn’t wait long to be seen and my problem was addressed quickly. I didn’t need money services, but a quick glance showed a small line and it was moving quickly.

Had a huge mess to work through and Alissa got me sorted out. Friendly, professional and will make sure your issues are taken care of.

Tried to get a home equity loan so I could replace my roof in order to sell my house but was told because I am planning on selling the home soon after the roof they cannot move further with the application. Not sure how this is legal but definitely would not go to them for anything ever again…

After dealing with fraud and major frustration, we walked into the Brannan Field, Vystar, credit Union, and I was immediately matched with Britney Jarrell she started walking us through the process of how we need to go about reporting and receiving new debit cards. She was very kind and professional. She made this experience a 10 out of 10 I would recommend her to any of my friends/family. We have set up an appointment with her for September and I’m looking forward to it!
