Just an average bank that says their a credit union. Very poor customer service and bad customer service hours. The app is average and could be way better. The website is just average. Do your research and find another bank/credit union. You will always just be a number their never personalized service.

They are pathetic right now! Can't talk to them due to low employee numbers or it takes them 1/2 day to get to you. Grocery stores make them look really bad! My business is going somewhere else.

So, this is what it takes for you to take care of your customers? I see no way of responding to your, "now let's make it right comment. " You're to late and staying the way vystar is? Makes you no better than the crappie banks and all others who put their customers through all this inconvenience because, you don't have the guts to go back to normal business.

I've been banking with Vystar for over 20 years before it was even called Vystar. I love their online banking app and card control app. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. They have caught fraudulent transactions on my debit card before I even noticed. It feels great knowing they are watching my accounts so closely.

I love supporting my local community and banking is no exception. I’ve been a member of Vystar for 12 years now and wouldn’t have it any other way. I love everything they offer and their staff is very friendly and helpful. They’re very easy to do business with and I would highly recommend them.

I Love this bank. I also got my mother n brothers to get an account here and they love it as well. No fees n being a Credit Union is a plus. Always get great customer service whether inside or going through the drive thru.

I hard two employees on Friday talking about a blind member they had a problem with in drive thru. The words they used to talk about him was not acceptable to be used in 2018. I am ashamed to be a part of this institution. I will be making some changes.

Front desk support Elliot de la Cruz was incredibly helpful to me, saving me a few hours online as well as troubleshooting a few questions about a separate issue. In addition to assisting me, I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism with everyone who came in while he was helping me.

Great experience and I will likely go out of my way to come to this branch again!

I had a really good experience. Rashelle was really helpful and overall an extremely attentive problem solver. If vystar had a star employee is would be rashelle.

My husband and I have had great experience with Vystar, my husband only likes to talk with Elliott Del LA Cruz, he is very patient, very concerned with our needs and has been very helpful in meeting our goals. Of course everybody we have had contact with is very nice.

Awesome service from Jolyn. I literally live 5 minutes away from the 295/Baymeadows branch, but choose to drive the extra 10 minutes to this branch because the customer service and branch atmosphere is so much better! As a new entrepreneur, Jolyn made this process of starting my first business account smooth and non intimidating. She eased my jitters and showed me all the ways VyStar can help me in my journey. I am making this location my new home branch!

Been with Vystar for 5 years and love it! This is the branch I typically use and have always had good service. They treat everyone equally regardless of what's in their bank account.

I haven't met more awful employees in an establishment than at the Vystar. They are extremely nasty to you at the drive thru and look at you crazy when you ask any questions. Extremely slow as well, I've never left here in under 30 mins. Place needs to really work on hiring better employees who care about Vystars customers.

Employees move at a turtle pace, they have a hard time filling simple requests at the drive thru and make awful faces when you ask, the IT system is below par and can't deposit checks on the app. Horrible customer service.

Beach blvd vystar is the only branch in jacksonville that would hold my checks above $800 for 3 business days before cashing them. This branch is the only one that wouldn't let me change checks in my name using my business account. I would like to know why?

The drive-thru takes FOREVER. Even if all you are doing is dropping off a car payment, with car payment slip included. Took 15 minutes.
