17Was applying for a loan to get my medicine and the bank supervisor gave me a really hard time even tho I had paid off previous loans here smh very bad place to try and get help and I was under the assumption that if you pay off loans you get a better status with the place but nope the place only gives special privileges to some people smh
GM of this place is amazing- so personable. Wendy was a great help and was so efficient and kind during my transaction. Great environment and service.
I have given this location the Benefit of doubt. Far before the illness the drive through location is HORRIBLE! I’ll watch 2-4 cars of each lane go through meanwhile I’m still waiting, I ring them once and asked if it would be easier for me to come in after waiting 25 minutes, woman didn’t answer literally sent back the tube with my check. She took out my ID as she must have been processing it, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to send back my ID.
I go to the Vy star for half of my life and my
Driver ID is either stolen or lost and my atm card too and i can't go to tax collections place to get a new driver ID and it is covid 19 going around and I have SSI check come soon, and I have to pay for a new driver ID,
And I can't find my arm card, what should I do?
I have been with VyStar since I think 1984.before it even went by this name and it has always had great customer service for the most part. Their online banking is simple and easy to use and just has been an overall great experience overall. I have been at the Normandy branch now since it opened and never had a bad experience there either.although the vast majority of all my banking is now done online and I seldom need to go inside.

I think they only have one teller working a 4 teller drive-thru on a Friday at 445! Ridiculous.
This place is a joke for small business. Take your business somewhere else. These people are useless!
This location is decent, the staff seem nice, knowledgeable, and they r pretty quick. The bank is clean, and is pretty big. I posted a few pics of the hours that r located on the front door, along with the address. And remember if u liked my post and or found it helpful, click the like button.
Worst bank ever I owe them$2,000 from 20 years ago that was included in a bankruptcy and I now am employed with a company that uses VyStar and they will not even let you cash your check because you had to file bankruptcy at once in your life that is probably illegal if not it should be but that is okay I will go to Regions much who needs VyStar you guys suck
I had some money moved around from my savings acc. On a Friday and Monday my savings disappeared. Atm card does not work. Money is gone. They keep getting hacked or something.
Had an amazing experience at the bank. In the past couple of days I have been having some issues regarding my debit and credit cards. So, I went to the bank, and I had quite good experience there. People were very nice and efficient, and I solved my problems in no time. Although at Vystar there are many experienced people who want to help, Lashanda Hickson is one of the best employees that they have. She is just amazing, and she works fast, incredibly well, and always explains everything so that you can understand the situation better.
They’re change machine was broke and I had paid all my bills at the financial institution I have no money left for personal use I bring in my change jar the change machine was broken I offered the role of my own change that I can get gas to go home and food for dinner they said there’s nothing they could do that did not have their own change roles they couldn’t except any loose change to give me any bills and they said that I had to drive to the next nearest location which is 5 miles away all the tellers are always amazing but the manager today and they broke in the machine was the straw that broke the camels back I’m too tired for this
This is the slowest Vystar I've ever been to. It's by my house so I use it. Give yourself a 20 minut window to use the drive thru.
I've been with VyStar since my childhood. They've always been good to me. I will always choose credit unions over banks.
Deposited a check that is 6 figures. Hold as been on the funds for 7 days. My husband's engine blew in his truck, and we need to replace it, however can't. Only need around $3000 of the large deposit. A simple phone call to the local bank that issued the check would verify the legitimacy of the funds, however this branch has refused to place a call into them. Will surely be removing all funds once the release is processed.
I talked to Rachel earlier today because I had a huge problem with my my direct deposit. She is AWESOME!

I've met nice people here, but this one lady was very rude to me from the time I walked in her cubicle until the time I left I will never look at this branch the same again.
