This is by far the worst I been to this bank. This location need to have people that care about their customers. Going through the drive-thru I recieved no greeting during the whole transition. And it took over 30 minutes for a deposit.which was insane.

This by far has to be the worst bank Location for VyStar. There is no type of urgency and the service is just as poor. I really hate how close they are to my house but takes at least an hour to complete a transaction. I’ve been in line since 2: 00pm eastern time and it’s now 2: 36. Ridiculous

Most of my activity involves the use of the atm. There used to be 3 atm's and everything used to be fine. Since the removal of the 3rd atm, it has become extremely common for the available atm's, both attached to the branch itself, to be down or unavailable for cash deposits. Most of my deposits occur after work when the branch is closed. Though it is my own fault for poor planning, the atm's are extremely inconsistent with their liable for this feature that I rely heavily on. I definitely need to bank with someone else who can meet my needs, but I'm pretty sure this issue effects a lot of vystar members. I'm usually not the only one going to the drive up atm and then parking to use the walk-up atm just to immediately walk away. We have lives, they get busy, and the inconsistency cost some of us fees when we have bills that are due and we're living paycheck to paycheck.

They must hire anybody at this bank I don't think that anybody here can count to 10 every time I come here I have to walk them through step-by-step how to read a deposit slip

It’s a Friday afternoon 2 tellers and the line inside is to the door. The drive in is just as bad only one person working the outside. But there plenty of people standing around chatting with each other. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Attempting to call Main Street branch to discuss auto loan/extended warranty as loan through this branch. Only one number listed and goes to front desk which repeatedly comes on to say busy with a customer. I tried 6-7 times over a 3 hour period and never got an answer. Option to leave message with bank employee but also goes to desk. Have requested a return call with 2 voicemails but no response. I have been trying for 3 hours to reach someone before closing. Very poor way to run a business.

Where do I begin? Never adequately staffed on Fridays & Saturdays. VP is never available or in branch. Teller sup is almost unbearable to speak with. Always a long wait to see a representative. ALWAYS two or three tellers being overworked on the line no matter how busy which is ridiculous.whoever is over this branch needs to take a serious look into management and how things are being ran. Oceanway deserves better!

I use to love vystar. But after multiple mess ups of putting my money in other peoples accounts. To them taking money out of my account to pay a late fee for someone who was never on my account and then wanted me to go get my money back. Lol. They did correct that so they said because unfortunately this is the second time. Now there customer service is horrible no one even knows what they are doing. Just go sit in the corner room and well be with you. Lol this place sucks

Pulled up at 4: 50 to cash a check for 1,200 which I’ve done hundreds of times. After a 15 minute wait I get asked “what is this check for” even though it’s none of his business. Make me wait again and then tell me they have to put a 3 day hold on the check and can’t give me cash? ! It’s a shame the laziness that occurs at this place every day. You just lost a whole family of members who’ve been banking with you for 20 years.

Every time I come here they tell me someone will be right with you and they take over 30 mins. Walked in at 2: 30, didn’t get help until 3: 10. Worst VyStar I ever go into every time I wait about 25-45 mins.

Tellers are nice enough but seem overworked and underpaid. There are always only ever three or four working. Why? It’s a busy place. Their supervisor is always at her desk even if there is a long line to the door. Whenever I’ve heard her speak, she always seems to have an attitude. And the fact that they have to get every single thing “over their limit” signed off on is tedious and time consuming. If it wasn’t so close to my job I’d bank elsewhere!

I pulled out $100 from their ATM and then trying to get change from them was told I couldn't due to not having an account. I have never had a bank not provide change for $20 bills before. There is no reason to not provide a simple service to any one who could be a potential customer

This Vystar Branch employees know the meaning of customers service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. On a side note one Vystar representative took a clever guess at my occupation and correctly. I do teach. Little did he know that Im also a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Simple transaction, withdrawal from my savings. The teller (wont mention her name) acted like i was an inconvenience to her and very rude. So glad this is not my primary bank. Poor customer service.

They always say "WE DONT FORGET ITS UR MONEY" and anytime I want to make a transfer from one account to another I always get excuses about this that and the third seriously thinking about closing my account out with Vystar

I loved this bank till I got my tax refund this year me and my wife was on it cause we file joint all the other years it was deposited with no problem well they deposited this year in which I got money out to give my wife 3 days later they reverse the check which made me go into the negative so I had to take my refund to another bank open an account which they held for only 24hrs and gave my money to me but that's not the bad part but cause of this silly mess now I got charged for all these returned payments now keep in my mind I have a credit card and car loan from them just makes no since to reverse it and not correct those returned payments when u know u was the cause of it
