The rooms are awesome and the location is great
The cleanliness is great
There are free services with housing fees, such as a daily bicycle, sun lounger, drink and morning coffee for free
The view is awesome
The only annoying thing was the high parking fee

What an amazing trip. I couldn't ask for more from a hotel. Everyone there was helpful, kind, and accommodating. Andrew and Don started our trip by making sure we had the best of everything and giving us recommendations and a great room. Henry was fabulous getting us to wherever we needed to go on the island and picking us up. The restaurants and bars were fabulous and everyone was friendly. The beach, oh my how wonderful. Two lounging chairs and an umbrella. I am very fair of skin and was able to rent another umbrella when it got too sunny.

I just want to thank everyone for all they did to make my first vacation with my beau a completely memorable one.

I was just at the W South Beach for a girls trip and let me say the service was less than stellar. When I arrived, I left my bags at check in because our room was not ready. When it was time to check in to the room, I went to get my bag and they could not find one of my bags! The security then learned that they had put my luggage in someone elses room and when they finally brought me my bag the only thing they said was "I told you we don't lose anything" I was shocked! No apology, no nothing! After they lost my bag!

Also, two days after checking out I receive notification that there are charges on my account and they send me an email saying that I have a balance. The charges were from the day I checked out at 4am! When I talked to the manager she apologized but was just matter of fact. If you stay there, check all of your credit cards diligently and make sure all charges are correct.

Had a wonderful time, spent 6 days at this hotel. The first three days were amazing, quiet time by the beach, shopping and great food, all close by to the W so great location. The last three days were more noisy as there is construction nearby. The staff was however very helpful and accommodating, we were allowed to change rooms due to the noise and other factors. Overall totally recommend this hotel and we will be back.

"We stayed at W Hotel in Miami South Beach and paid a significant amount of money. However, it was definitely not worth the price. The location was good and the staff was competent, but the room comfort and facilities were not up to par.

Upon checkout, they charged us a daily city tax of $53 for the room. They did not inform us about this fee upfront and mentioned that it varied based on the hotel's factors. This is definitely an unfair practice. "

I come to Miami a lot & I have stayed at other hotels but W South Beach is by far the best. As soon as you step foot on the property, you are greeted right away & they offer to take your bags. Love the scent they use for their hotel, it’s very pleasant. The rooms I have stayed in so far - Oasis & Fantastic Suites were spacious, clean & very modern. This hotel is a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I have made a reservation in April for a price of $3200 CAD, the travel time is in Aug. I found the price for W South beach has dropped to $1800CAD for the same room had the same time. Can W South beach give me an explanation? That ‘s so ridiculous, the difference is over $1200 CAD.

The manager Santiago Persomo was so attentive and friendly! He made sure to take great care of us when checking in and making sure every need was met. We stay at this hotel a lot and he really makes us want to come here more often. It’s always nice to feel welcome and receive amazing service at a hotel.

Our favorite from this hotel is the bar/pool service! We come here a lot and are always treated with personalized service by the staff that remembers us. We especially appreciate Claudia and Borja behind the bar for the great experience. It’s always nice to be treated like family along with top service.

Many friends told me about the good experiences at W south beach a lot. And yes I made a right choice! I met Ashley, who is the personal insider. She sent an email to me many days before our trip start and also accomplish every request when we arrive. She gave us the best hospitality. I got a perfect comfy feeling from her helps. Thank you to the company that you trained your staff so well, it’s super impressed a new customer like me. I didn’t expect that we will get the valueable experience like this. Also Mr. Sandiego who called me to check everything that’s ok for staying here. That’s so surprised for me. All in all, I can give 100/10 points for vacation here. Thank you so much. Beautiful rooms! Very pleased with my stay at this recently-renovated property. One of the best luxury hotels on the area.

One of the best spas that I’ve been too. The staff was very warm and welcoming. I got the deep tissue massage and a facial that put me to sleep in the most relaxing way possible.

Overpriced, service is below average, their rooms need some serious maintenance. They would call in your room to say that you are making too much noise.while sleeping. You call them for a leak, nobody comes. Just the location is great, that's it, there is much better for the same rates in Miami.

"I recently stayed at the W hotel in South Beach and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having late checkout approved, the staff repeatedly knocked on my door every 10 minutes starting from 9 AM, which disrupted my sleep and caused unnecessary frustration. It was clear that they did not respect my request for a late checkout, and their constant intrusions were intrusive and disrespectful. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by the hotel and would not recommend it to others. "

Never informed of ongoing construction we were upgraded to a room that has defective bathroom door most of staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Loud, and I mean LOUD construction being done on the building was just the beginning. Several issues with the suite we stayed in, including a bathroom door that would not shut, a faint blood stain on the headboard, and black handwritten floor plans written on the walls of the second floor in our bi-level suite. I had a salad that tasted so awful it made me nauseous. For two dinner and two cocktails, it was $130 and barely edible. The hotel itself is stunning, but many drawbacks and doesn’t show up to its price tag.

I loved the hotel.its spacious rooms, its exceptional view, location, not to mention, very nice, really a sensational experience.

We had an amazing stay W South Beach, the W changed the game for luxury, from the moment you enter the hotel. The hotel has a five star restaurant on its ground, two bar inside the hotel, two swimming pools, and it’s own beach, with service. Every morning before we started our days we had breakfast on the beach. The hotel provides you with a $60 breakfast vouchers. There’s is a house car you can reserved to drop you of around town, the concierges can reserve reservations at any restaurant around town.
