This team is absolutely amazing! Customer service is above and beyond and pricing is very reasonable. I've been here several times for my Audi A6, Brakes and rotors, headlights etc. They take the time to answer questions. If you have a Audi I highly recommend!

Came to them to get my struts replaced I was told I had the wrong bump stop and I needed to get the right size. Purchased the right size and was told it’s still wrong and they need to order the bump stop from vw. They ordered the bump stop and told me it wasn’t the right size still. So I give up and tell them I will come to pick up my parts. My parts were sitting at their shop for weeks and the day I call them to pick it up the lady at the front desk tells me. “Mr brown your bump stop actually was right and it will work and we can install it”. So after months of waiting on them and playing with them and taking days off work to get the struts replaced they tell me they had the right parts this whole time. The lady seemed nice but they whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth just because they could’ve been spotted that and addressed that much sooner than they did and it seems like the mechanic didn’t even attempted to install it before saying it didn’t work.

This is by far the best shop for Volkswagen and Audi owners! Fair and Honest, and always does a wonderful job. They never use cheap parts and always stand behind their work. I highly recommend this shop.

Didn’t get work done here but I got quoted at 300$ to put on a cat back exhaust here and I know it doesn’t take that much time or work to put a Borla on. They also wanted me to drop it off for the whole day. Like I said it doesn’t take that long. It took less than 30 minutes at the other place I took it to and I got it done for 110$ at a muffler shop st Augustine These guys charge the gouge-you price. If you’re trying to save money make sure you get few quotes before considering this business.

Took my car here for ignition coils, and then days later realized I needed a PCV Valve replacement when one of my check engine lights came on. Called somebody at the shop to see how much it would cost, they remembered working on my car and somebody told me “well, we knew the car had other problems we just didn’t want you going to another shop to get it repaired”. Very professional, only take your car here knowing that they give a f*ck about your money only and nothing else.

Beat german car service. Fixed every issue I had with my car and did whatever to help to find a solution

If I could give this place ten stars I would. My work gave me very short notice to move from FL to WA and I needed repairs done. I have completed the trip and I couldn't reccomend this place enough, Jason and his team are really amazing at customer service and if I was staying in the area I would consistently go with them. They're great, if you're thinking about it go here, don't bother with the dealership.

Nathan and the guys at Wagon Werks are incredible. They are genuinely just nice people that love the cars they work on. They’re not doing it for the money, they want you to love the car you’re in. I HIGHLY recommend these experts if you have a VW or Audi- you’ll have a mechanic that feels like family.

These guys are rock stars! I thought my engine was blown I took my car to Wagen Werks and they were able to diagnose it and found out it was the camshaft.they were able to replace it and get me back going in no time!
