Although I am leaving this review now, my family and I have been eating here for years. Every time we come it is the same, perfect! The food is ALWAYS phenomenal, the service is perfect, friendly, professional and everything you could ask for. The views are beautiful and you honestly disconnect the minute you arrive. Now, why a review now, well besides the amazing servers, Fernando for example, which has served multiple times, the manager Felipe is freaking awesome! Come visit them, Felipe just created a new shake (pics attached), I belive he will call it "Cake Shake", this was chocolate, and there will be others in the menu soon as well! Order it, it is a whole meal so save room!

Amber is the best bartender ever She is engaged with everyone, making sure your having a great time. Did I say Amber was great!

Had the whole fried snapper and it was amazing as well as the key lime pie, highly recommend both. Douglas was our Server and he was a delight. Great food, great service, and an overall wonderful experience.

Great food and a great view. Prices a little high, but not bad. They will do a cook your catch.

Mahi tacos were amazing. Our waiter Tomas was very personable and full of great suggestions for the food order.

Pablo was actually one of the best waitresses and that man deserves a raise, also the food was amazing and i encourage everybody to come and try this place out; especially the key lime pie

The service it wasn't that bad just that when when you are in a big group they give you excuses that you know that they just that excuses, so is not good for big groups

Our server was named Reina. She was great. Helped us put in my child's order first. Was VERY kid friendly. Was always making sure our drinks were fulfilled. She was quick and helped us make sure our dietary restrictions was passed all the way to the kitchen. They do supply a children's menu. They were fast with our order. Great experience

Amber Spaulding is the best bartender in the Keys! I was so pleasantly surprised to find her here and am thrilled about it! She’s incredibly personable, funny, attentive, and amazing at her job! Love her! Will be back again just for her!

Douglas was great and you cannot beat the view! We sat at the high top on the water and watched the manatee’s, sharks and tarpon through the whole meal. It was great!

Went to Wahoos sat with Miss Amber at the bar, amazing atmosphere great service, the churrasco steak was awesome! Will come back to wahoos often if Ambers there!

We are locals & Amber is hands down the best bartender in Islamorada … always try to catch her when she’s on the outside bar! We love her!

Dominica, Amber, Reina and Melissa has taken Wahoos to another level! We have been stopping here over the past 15 years for some appetizers, a drink, and for the views. We were never really impressed with the service until we met at these ladies! Their hospitality shines, and they generally care about their guests! We ended up renting a hotel next-door and frequented a few times over two days! Not only can we say their service shines, but we can now call them friends! Wait to stand out from all of the other restaurants and bars!
