Don't go here to get your prescriptions filled if pre-authorization is required. They will not communicate with the physician's office.

Adam is the best. All of the support staff there are the same, the best. Courteous, professional and prompt. They will address me by name if they remember me. Adam leads well and it shows in the great attention they provide.

Terrible customer service. Every time that I go to this Walgreens, I tell myself that it’s the last time. This time I mean it.

The pharmacy technicians are extremely rude. The pharmacists seem really nice, but the techs are so rude that I will not be going back.

The technician Sophia doesn't have a good customer service skills and talks rudely. Doesn't even understand the process of pharmacy operations/work flow at all. Wonder who hired her! This pharmacy used to be better few years ago. Someone/Manager has to train the employees better to respect customers and understand the job. What a shame!

This review is of the pharmacy only: rude eye rolling, shoulder shrugging, attitude givin pharmacy techs, I will go to another pharmacy from now on. The medication takes over two hours to refill, and when I come to pick it up, on time, it is still not ready!? !

Great people. They resolved my Western Union problem in 2 minutes. I been in 4 Publix and nobody tried to help me there. Here they worked with me to fix the issue. I appreciate that, I'm a active duty military member, I was on leave and in a rush and they saved my time, thanks!

Worse wallgreens in the area. Whoever answered the phone is clueless. Waste of time to go there to find out the flu shot is only till 4.

Today I saw Obiageli Okeke, ARNP at the Walgreens walk in clinic. I was very disappointed in the service and exam. My chief complaints were for over a week I have been coughing up green sputum, headaches, nasal congestion/ green drainage, sinus pain and the cold has been keeping me up all night.
She prescribed an inhaler and a steroid. I have a terrible reaction to oral steroids so that was out of the question.
I explained I think I need an antibiotic considering my medical history. She refused to give me a Z-pack or an antibiotic.
I feel I wasted my time and money. I will not return to this clinic.

Clinic inside the pharmacy A+! Went on a Saturday afternoon for a cold and bad cough and was seen quickly and the physician was so nice and professional.

Walgreens generally offer poor pharmacy services. Due to the outsourcing of phone services, you end up not speaking to the pharmacy you call, which creates confusion and misinformation.

The pharmacy out right LIED to me! I had a very sick kid and sent my husband up to pick up the prescription. They told him that thier system was down and that they didn't get it. 20 minutes later I called and the girl was able to go into thier system and look things up. I asked her "so how long has your system been up? " She said "I've been here all day and haven't had any problems". I then asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on when they tried transferring me. After 45 minutes of trying to get back in touch with them, we finally got through and had the script transfered to another store. When all that I needed was to pick up my son's prescription so that he can start feeling better, they gave me the run around and lied to us.

There's a shift leader named Deborah Rodriguez. She is really professional and very helpful. She was running the store with only one employee (cashier) and she still managed to help in pharmacy and take care of the floor. She's new in that store but she is a great shift leader.

Had an appointment today at 9: 30am on 11/14/16. I got there 10 minutes early to sign-in and when I got there at 9: 20am there was a sign saying the clinic was closed. I asked the associates why they clinic was closed an they had no idea. Online it said the clinic was suppose to be open at 9am. I waited hoping someone would show up and never did. I left around 11am and still no one showed up, I had to drive to the health clinic in Weston. I was very upset because I needed my PPD read before 1pm for the results to be valid. Just very unprofessional and wasted so much of my time.
