Walgreens, Miami FL

People at the pharmacy giving you the vaccine do not wear masks, when asked the manager with white hair in her late 50's said nobody had to wear it and Walgreens left ot up to employees to wear it or not. I get the people working as cashiers but the people giving vaccines to people who aren't protected? Doesn't sit well. Can't believe Walgreens changed their policies so drastically.

It is the worst pharmacy in Miami, every is mess, you need to spend one hour to pick up medicines, the employees are nasty, you need to close this store

Have a prescription that has been waiting for two days. Life threatening illness. First time I called, I waited for 30 mins and then I heard someone pickup and immediately hang up. No updates in the app to explain the issue. Today, I came in and they had a line ten people long. When I explained the issue after 30 mins in line, they provided no context and didn't apologize. We depend on pharmacies to do the right thing. I don't see that happening here.

The empty store I've seen.the impression is that someone does not want to work here.western union hasn't been working for over a month

Store doesn’t deserve any stars. Consistently the slowest and worst service of any retailer I’ve ever (ever) experienced. I’d have to imagine this is a high (high) volume store on the sale of retail goods and RX. Management has failed to adjust accordingly. I’ve lived nearby for close to 5 years and the only constant is consistently awful, horrifically slow service. It’s actually unreal. Sheer incompetence.

You’d also have to wonder if the store’s objective is to maximize revenue/productivity? Simple question with a relatively simple solution. Not rocket science. Not trying to cure cancer.

After receiving notifications that your prescription is ready, you can guarantee that it will not be ready or even begun. Delkis in the pharmacy might be the most inefficient person alive.

This review / rating is strictly for the pharmacy.if I could give a 0, i would.the only reason i come here is because i live a block away.worst service i have ever experienced every single time i come here.they work at their own pace and are not friendly.usually there are extremely long lines when i come here, for what reason.i don’t know.even if i come here and there is no one in line, and my medication is supposed to be ready by a certain time and i still come later, i leave no earlier than 30 minutes.i received a text that my two prescriptions were ready and of course only 1 out of the 2 is ready today.get it together guys!

This is by far the worst walgreens to get/pick up prescriptions. The waiting time is usually 20-30 minutes any day or time you come here.

It has the worst customer service I have ever had at any Walgreens Store! There is generally just 1 person at the checkout counter for the store and 1 at the Pharmacy. The queues are long and tedious!

Waiting an hour for a prescription and being told you cannot leave. Way to treat your customers. Last time I spend any money at this place. ‬

I’m giving a 2 rating because it is within driving distance but reaching l them too confirm refill and professionalism falls below a 2. Staff didn’t not l pick up calls and line rings repeatedly. After numerous run mags they put you on hold. If we call in a refill on the automated machine, sometime it isn’t refilled. At the pharmacy refill isn’t ready and staff suggests calling refill with pharmacy personally to make sure it’s in stock.

The wallgreen location of 17 ave and 7 Street refills and picks up phone calls and usually has medication on stock. The drive takes longer but I waste less time in communicating and encountering issues.

Please More employees, This 2020 you can expect to give a good customer service like this. Allways out of stock.

Awful service, pharmacy manager has an attitude with customers, waiting times in the drive through are ridiculous

The attention is very bad and in the pharmacy they close it in front of his face no matter what name they have finished serving.the person to the pharmacy is unfit

Forget the pharmacy drive thru they make you wait half an hour every time.sit right in your face and ignore you!

Younger hispanic male working today decided to raise his voice against my father because he couldn't read the card swiper. Also did not apologize. Last time I shop at this Walgreens I'll just goto the us1 from now on.

This place is no good for you after 10.00 pm only becuse they dont KNOW how TO DO NOTHING but 1 thing! Check you out. I guess that why they work that time smh!

Always so helpful with Rxs and will consistently do their best to find the most cost effective options! Also very helpful in suggesting solutions for every day aches and pains.
