7Like I don’t get how people are allowed to be SO rude to others. I walked in and the cashier was argumentative with a couple that was standing in line. But I still looked around and grabbed the few things I needed. I get up to the counter and wanted to purchase tobacco products but they were out of the brand I wanted. So I was gonna load money into a prepaid account I have. My mask slipped a little off my nose and the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE and yelled at me like I was a toddler standing there. First I’m grown 47 years old and I am not gonna let a cashier at Walgreens speak to me like this. I told her she was rude and left everything on the counter and told her to KEEP IT.wasted 20 minutes of my life in this store.
Easy to move on the aisles and locate the stuff you need. Pharmacy runs very efficient. Lots of new items and many savings.
Guy with long hair in pharmacy lacks customer service skills. Asked him for an otc product at the drive. He was rude, dismissive and walked away from the window.
I dropped off my prescription in the morning at 8: 00 on my way to work at the hospital. I went back exactly at 3: 15 PM to pick it up, that’s when I was told that prescription has been out of stock for a month they do not have my prescription.why wasn’t I told in the morning when I dropped off the prescription nor did I get a text notification any sort customer service horrible
One of the worst Walgreens that I’ve ever been to.very unprofessional, zero customer service, the pharmacy is extremely slow and the store is dirty and unorganized. Avoid this store and drive a few more minutes to another location.
Walgreens pharmacy at this location was the best I have visited in a long time. The checkout line at the store was super busy and really needed another cashier!
When I am paying for my items, I do not believe I am supposed to be denied to purchase the items. I went to purchase laundry detergent, it is at a fair price, of course I have coupons. Before I can finish the manager said, hey you cleared my shelves and took 4 out of 8 bottles back. Is it your business to stop me from BUYING.not stealing. Sorry Sir, but hope Walgreen's agrees with you stocking the shelves back with items meant to be sold.
