Any ranking below 3 is insanity. Been coming to this store for 17 years and 3 kids. Great staff and manage. Any 1 star votes from angry humans or Russian bots.

My understanding is that they are one of the busiest pharmacies in this whole area having to deal with part time residents who never get to know the staff.spring break whiners, and those who think they are above everyone else.parking in the restricted emergency zones.sad how a few are ruining it for everyone else.

Gave them my new insurance cards and dropped off my prescription four hours ago, only to come up and find out they don’t take my insurance. You couldn’t tell me that by looking at it first? Train your new hires man, I’m sick I’m not trying to be out here multiple times a night waiting for this to filled again elsewhere.

For once I’d like to get a prescription refill without an issue. I go inside every time so I know they’re going to screw up a prescription and always have a different excuse of why it isn’t ready depending on who you talk to in the pharmacy department! I always have to go two or three days there before I get all my meds.

I was shocked to see so many low posts. This has been our Walgreens for 16 years. Raised 3 kids during that time. This store and it's people are awesome. One of our favorite perks living where we do.

Worst pharmacy customer service ever with Tammy! I just waited 40 minutes on hold and finally re-dialed to ask for the store manager- I did not want to go in this contagious-told this lady Tammy I needed to speak to a pharmacist she ignored my request and told me to take ibprophen without asking me any questions or trying to help me what so ever. I see from previous reviews this is not her first complaint so good luck to the next person who has to deal with this lady!

Guaranteed friendly well intended staff - but terrible service. It takes 2 to 3 visits to get any prescription filled correctly! Seriously!
The 24 hour pharmacist's there had been Excellent - But Walgreens killed the $ervice to make more profit and could care le$$ when you need your med$!
CVS IS STILL 24 HOURS AND RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!

Horrible customer service from the manager and staff. They were rude and disrespectful right to our face. The manager was not accommodating what so ever. Why waste your time at this location when there is a CVS right across the street.

I called in the morning to ask if my prescriptions were ready and how much they would be. The pharmacist or tech said yes and they are x amount. Okay cool, I'll get them later today. So I go to the pharmacy wait almost 20 minutes in the drive thru. Finally i get fed up as no cars are moving, we're all just stalled. So i go inside, wait another 15 minutes. When I finally get to the counter the tech says "oh, your prescription will be ready tomorrow. But if you want to wait 15 minutes I can fill it. " I'm furious at this point. Why would one person say yes it's ready when it's not, then I waste a huge amount of time to be told you can wait a little longer and I'll get it for you. And it's not like my rx are some "fancy" prescription. They're for bronchitis. This pharmacy needs to get there things in order.

Always there for my family.by the Pharmacy and front register and staff ALL at this store.

No matter how busy.they take time to get a mgr. To help with your concerns! Even phone calls are handled quickly and courteously. Even late night calls for help finding products.

When it comes to our health and beauty needs this is the top store to trust to do an excellent 5* job in my opinion.

Please please please do not deal with this store. The ordering system for prescription refills does not work and if you need to talk with someone you will grow old waiting on hold. This is the worst Walgreens store I have ever dealt with. Who ever the store manager is should be fired. Take the extra time and deal with another store or company. This store should be closed. Period.

Couldn’t wait to write this one! Their pharmacy is the most slow inefficient one I’ve ever been to. They take so long to serve every customer that once you get to the window they make you go back in line because they still need to help the people behind you who were already assisted once. That place is a joke and I am looking so forward to switching my entire family to the publix pharmacy! No more 45 minute waits in a DRIVE THRU!

Called the pharmacy three times and was left on hold for 10-15 minutes each time, as soon as someone would answer they’d hang up. When I finally got in contact with someone they were rude and short. I’m not normally one to complain but this Walgreens sucks!

THE WORST PHARMACY. Not bad enough to wait 30 MINUTES to get to the window but I have now been sitting at the window for 7 minutes (on top of the 30) without even being acknowledged.

It has now been 10 minutes at the window without being acknowledged. 40 minutes in the drive thru all together.

My son was injured this morning and we are here to drop off an antibioc

Leaving now-without ever being acknowledged

I give this pharmacy a big glowing "0". Once again, they totally dropped the ball on the refill of my monthly med. Long story short is, my insurance company only allowed Walgreens to fill this script one time and any refills must be made at a CVS as per contract with the insurance company. I was never made aware of this. When my script did not auto refill (as all of my maintenance scritps do), I went online and requested a refill on Monday. I went to pick it up last night and the pharmacist told me they could not refill it due to my insurance. It had been almost three day since I requested the refill and NO ONE CALLED ME FROM WALGREENS TO TELL ME THAT THEY COULD NOT REFILL IT! The Pharmacist first told me they either called or emailed me about the situation but when she checked on it she found no one did. This is by far not the first time I've had issues with this Pharmacy but it is the last. It's very unfortunate as I this is my go to local store for everything (not just prescriptions) and I will have to go somewhere else. It's too bad the pharmacy cannot get the act together!

The pharmacist was rude when I questioned her about my meds. They gave me a generic brand instead of what I've been taking for 2 years. I knew it wasn't the same pills when I looked at them and took one. It made
me sick she swears its the same but it wasn't. Then she admitted they didn't have the drug on the prescription. I told her to give it back to me & I would take it to walmart which has given me the right pill for 2 yrs. She refused now I'm without my meds until I see my doctor in a month she didn't care. I'll never go back there they don't care if you need a certain medication.

Pharmacy Manager Tammy S. Didn't Like That I Questioned Her About An RX That I've Been Taking For 2 Years. I Have A Health Condition With No Cure. Without This RX, I End Up Spending Days In The Hospital. Instead Of Giving Any Warning To The Fact That They No Longer Wanted To Fill My RX. They Waited Until My RX Was Empty, Then When I Went To Refill It, Tammy Had William (Bill) Tell Me That They Will Not Fill The RX Any Longer. No Warning To Give Me Time To Try To Find A New Pharmacy. No Talk About Why They Wouldn't Fill It. It All Comes Down To The Fact That I Questioned Tammy About The RX and She Didn't Like That I Questioned Her. So They Decided To Stop Filling The Prescription. Not Every Store Keeps This RX In Stock. So A Medicine That I Have To Take Every Day For The Rest Of My Life, I've Now Been Without The Medicine For 2 Days. No Luck Finding A Pharmacy That Carries It. I'm Almost Positive That This Is Again ADA Rules. You're Not Allowed To Discriminate Against Disabled People. I Will Be Taking Steps To Report This To The State. What Tammy and Bill Did Was Unethical!
On Top Of All Of This, Their Staff Constantly Messed Up My RX. Giving Me Too Much and I Would Have To Ask Them To Put Some Back On My File, That I Didn't Need As Much As They Were Filling.

August 11th 2017 7A. Mish. I bought a 30 dollar Xbox Gift card for my son's birthday. I returned an hour later with the receipt for the CORRECT Xbox live membership card! Both are green in color and practically identical. SIMPLE HONEST mistake! The Manager told me that supposedly due to policy it couldn't be returned or refunded because it was past an hour of the purchase.and to make the situation even worse she was RUDE and SUGGESTED to me if I could just GIVE it to" SOMEONE ELSE! " I will NEVER shop at a Walgreens AGAIN! CVS Has never have gave me a problem when making a simple return. GREAT people too. I work hard for my MONEY and I normally never write a review, but I felt mistreated and just don't want anyone else to experience such a lack of respect! I suggest if you do buy something, then buy it from a C. V. S or a Wal-Mart! At least those two company's will NOT try to KEEP YOUR hard earned MONEY to UP the sales quota for the shift!
