Pharmacy takes for ever to pick up the phone like today 15 minutes on hold with a machine apologizing to me every 15 seconds congrats you annoyed me

This review relates to the pharmacy only.specifically the drive-thru. EVERY TIME I come thru, even when I’m the only person, I wait NO LESS than 10-15 minutes! That wait time would make sense if I were say 3rd in line & we all pulled up at the same time.

We do not recommend it! Very bad customer care, this Walgreen's sales CIGARETTES: RJ REYNOLDS IN BAD QUALITY and the same happen in another Walgreen stores but the customer care was great, in Walgreen's "Le Jejune & 8th Street" don't care at all; Very bad attitude of the manager. We will never buy again in that place my brother says. We already sent the product sample to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If you read this message and have a complaint _ Please share your experience _ We will posting time to time about this issue 1-28-2020

The pharmacist was so helpful, he identified a substitute medication when mine was no longer available and then filled it within 10 minutes.

Horrible and slow service! None of the employees seem to know where anything is in the store. The service was extremely slow every time I come, and have to wait before I even get acknowledged. Photo section is the worst I’ll never get my prints here again, they never find my order and have me wait 15 plus minutes with no line! Pharmacy is a joke, they can’t answer medical questions and the staff is always having personal conversations before attending customers. Seems to be a trend in Walgreens, not the first I encounter.

This pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I waited half an hour for someone to arrive at the photo area to help me pick up my prints. Furthermore, it is absolutely annoying to be called “sweetheart” or “darling” or “mi niña”or other such terms of endearment by service staff, in any language. Don’t get me wrong, this is a chronic problem across industries today, but staff and management should be trained to speak to customers professionally, and this type of training should be refreshed continually.

The slowest checkouts of any Walgreens I’ve experienced. Especially at the pharmacy, both in the drive through and inside. Once waited outside for 45 minutes.

I have been waiting for over an hour to just pick up prenatal vitamins. They have been helping customers that came after me in the drive through line instead of getting around to helping me even though I’m in the front of the line at the counter. I’ve been at the counter for over thirty minutes (after waiting in line for half an hour with only two people in front of me to begin with) and they talked to me for maybe 3 minutes tops when I initially got to the counter. I had to remind the woman at the counter twice that I had insurance and then she just walked away without even saying why or when she’d be back instead of running my insurance. I just want to pay for my vitamins and go home.

The other employee there also just helped a woman in line BEHIND me instead of simply running my insurance. Horrible customer service and unfriendly staff. Beyond disappointed.

UPDATE: After writing the initial review I told them I was leaving. I grabbed a bottle of prenatal vitamins off the shelf to get me through until I could get my prescription ones somewhere else. They paged me to come back to the pharmacy. I spoke to what appeared to be the manager of the pharmacy (through another employee as a translator) and he assured me they’d get it sorted.

I spent another 45 minutes back at the pharmacy just for them to tell me they were having trouble merging my insurance with the manufacturer coupon AND that they only had one OPEN bottle of vitamins that only had a 10 day supply in it. I called an hour before even going in to make sure they had the prescription ready and they said they had it. To wait an hour and 45 minutes to be told that actually they didn’t have the full bottle as written in the prescription and still be charged $60 (when the coupon paired with my insurance was supposed to bring it down to $25!) is ridiculous. I will never fill a prescription here again.

I ended up getting prenatal vitamins over the counter instead and will be filling my prescription with Publix tomorrow. Hopefully the ones I picked up to take in the mean time don’t make me throw up like a lot of the others I’ve tried do. This was an awful experience and the staff very clearly don’t understand what they are doing. Not worth the time wasted or the tears- take your business elsewhere.

I have called the pharmacy to get speak with a pharmacist regarding a refill and both times I called, they hung up on me after waiting over 25 minutes each time. This is unacceptable!

This is just funny i Buy a pair of pic and the general manager wants to give a trash back to put my pics cause she Dident know where they where the general Manager what a place and they don't have frame for posters so don't waste u time here ok Photo department

It would be nice if the Pharmacy department answered the phone for once. Been trying to call since Wednesday. Stayed on hold for an hour.

Worst costumers service ever from bad management to representatives, when busy managers hide or leave the counter instead of helping customers, when you have a bad management don’t expect any good from this Walgreens
