Walgreens, Lake Mary FL

Always a long wait - only one person at register and 2-4 people standing around, wandering around aimlessly or standing outside smoking by the door talking inappropriately - last week a supervisor (assuming, vest with name tag) was smoking right outside the door cigarette smoke all in my face. This evening once again someone holding up the line and no employees on the register to help - people get paid to walk around and smoke and sit around but not be on a register or help anyone. Finally after checking out an eternity later I am given my bag of heavy items in one cheap flimsy single bag only for the bag to break and my item fall straight through the bag when handed to me at the counter. Seriously, get it together.

I love coming to the Walgreens in Lake Mary, FL. I wanted to give a shout out to Jennifer in the pharmacy. She is always friendly, efficient and takes the time to care for your needs. Great job Jennifer!

I’ve had previous issues with customer service before But today Theresa was the biggest help. I can’t find my asthma medication anywhere and she was kind enough to double check and found it! It was filled immediately and I am forever grateful

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for the past 15 years, and have had pleasure of meeting and getting to know all of their great employees, unfortunately, last week I had to put my puppy dog down and my mom wanted pictures for his memorial, I came in right before they were closing and Alexandria was working. I was heartbroken to say the least, Alexandria helped me try to get the pictures off of my phone to print. For whatever reason it wasn’t working but she kept coming up with different ideas and worked with me for almost an hour, long story short Alexandria got the pictures printed. Under the circumstances, it was one of the sweetest most heartfelt nicest things that anyone has done for me. She is absolutely amazing, and this Walgreens is so lucky to have such a wonderful kindhearted employee. Words can’t describe how incredibly nice sweet and sympathetic she was to my situation. She is a wonderful person, and deserves recognition for her going out of the way to help someone she didn’t know. Thank you Alexandria, you truly are an amazing person and thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Walgreens, I had called and had questions about certain items for sale and the lovely lady by the name Alexandria
who answered the phone helped me with all the right answers!
She was incredibly helpful when I had got into the store she had on hold the items I needed to make my trip easy, in and out!
She completely went above and beyond and will definitely be back to shop more at this Walgreens!

Although this may be one of the only pharmacies in Lake Mary that are open late (until midnight) if you have a standing special order that needs to be placed monthly DO NOT trust them with it. Several times they have forgotten to place my special order interrupting my medication, forcing me to get alternatives from my doctor that can be filled immediately costing me more time and money. You would think being charged with someone’s health would be a priority to these people but literally they could care less. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy tonight. Waited more than one hour to get the meds. Pharmacist refused to take my blood pressure claiming he's too busy. While waiting, three other customers left frustrated due to lack of response from pharmacist. I suggest you replace him with someone more knowledgeable and has better manners or train/educate him to enhance his customer service skills.

Really great store and staff, always helpful and friendly. Also, a very attractive pharmacy staff. The men look excellent in scrubs.

Convenient, and flexible with specials.buy one get one 50% off allowed 2 different packages sizes (120 count vs 100 count) without me having to ask when there was only a single 120 count left. Refreshing.

The pharmacist who has the later shift (didn’t get her name) is always nice and very helpful. The staff is friendly.
