I have NEVER experienced anything but top- notch excellent service from both the pharmacy and regular check out. Too many people like to post negative experiences than praise for the outstanding service they ALL provide. Many are sick coming into the store and so maybe that is why there are negative posts? It takes less energy and understanding to be nice than it does to be rude and impatient. I have the utmost respect and love for these people. Remember they too are the frontliners of Covid and is sad this isn't recognized. Rose, Kayla and Sara are sweet and tenderhearted and have answers available for everything you need!

I am a regular in this Walgreens. I love the workers that are there in the evening shift. I have received nothing but professional and friendly service. I always get accurate help when I can’t find something. I wish the pharmacy was open later, but that’s a small gripe compared to the wonderful service I receive.

Had my medicine at this Walgreens first they claimed they didn’t have my correct number to get a hold of me. When I have texts from them so how could they not have my new number? Then I pick up my prescription which is liquid this time and no dose cup. Called and get a hold of girl in pharmacy I’ve spoken to over the past couple days. She says it doesn’t come with one? ! Why does paper say use measuring device that comes with medicine? This should be a given if patient gets liquid meds at least ask if they need a measuring device. Also this girls attitude over the phone comes off rude and condescending. When people aren’t feeling good and have been trying to get the medicine you need you don’t need the extra attitude.

Everyone else is exactly right this is the absolute worst Walgreens I've been to staff are incompetent I came in to grab 1 single can of baby formula & I asked the lady at the front register if there was anyone to unlock it for me she told me to ask the 2 people in the back well I walk back & I see 2 people standing at a register helping one person so I ask can one of them help me they both said hold on a few minutes exactly words not a couple min a few so I waited 10 then the guy walked away since I've already waited 10 min and the guy walked away I said screw it and walked out without my babys formula this place is a joke stay away from it

THE PHARMACY LADY TREATED ME NICE AND CHANGED MY NAME IN THE SYSTEM. WAS RESPECT AND GOT ME THE CORRECT NEEDLES. VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY WERE BETTER THEN TTHE WALGREEN IN BVL IN KISSIMMEE FL

I rated this store luckly a 2 and I only did that because if the shift manager Janine.who was very helpful and informational. So the manager seen I needed help and instead of helping definitively profiled me and proceeded to push me off on another who thankfully had better since than her. Then who i was finally done I went to check out with amy there. Who didnt seem to want to be helpful or nice. I was again getting this rude negative non help from yet again a Walgreens employee. People who dont know how to handle the public should not go into that career field. Something should be done about this. I will be sure to let anyone know not to come here.

To the typical Gen Z/Millennial brunette who laughed when I informed her of the law and statutes regarding photo ID and prescription drugs, as typical, you are wrong, incompetent and a typical Gen Z/Millennial attitude laughing about facts and law to a 54 year old Cardiologist (the scrubs and N95 mask wasn’t obvious enough). And this was after after law school.

Here is the statute laughing hyena:

“A pharmacist, pharmacy, or dispensing health care practitioner or his or her agent, before releasing a controlled substance to any person not known to such dispenser, shall require the person purchasing, receiving, or otherwise acquiring the controlled substance to present valid photographic identification or other verification of his or her identity to the dispenser. If the person does not have proper identification, the dispenser may verify the validity of the prescription and the identity of the patient with the prescriber or his or her authorized agent. Verification of health plan eligibility through a real-time inquiry or adjudication system will be considered to be proper identification. This subsection does not apply in an institutional setting or to a long-term care facility, including, but not limited to, an assisted living facility or a hospital to which patients are admitted. As used in this subsection, the term “proper identification” means an identification that is issued by a state or the Federal Government containing the person’s photograph, printed name, and signature or a document considered acceptable under 8 C. F. R.s. 274a. 2 (b) (1) (v) (A) and (B).

The previous comments about employees being rude, happens very often. I'm not sure if this is a result of the workplace dynamics, management or all of the above. Occasionally you'll find someone behind the pharmacy counter who has a pleasant personality and is also competent which is surprising. My complaint is that when you have multiple prescriptions, they will give you the prepared ones and will not check to see that all that were ordered are filled. This has happened to multiple times, and even yesterday at the drive through. I'll now know to ask if all prescriptions are filled and ask that they review the orders, instead of taking it for granted that the order is correct

Pharmacy is the rudest! I refuse to go back to this location for any future prescription.after only dealing with them for 6 months Im done. Always get treated like am a piece of trash and been treated with such disrespect. Whenever i have gone i have also witness the person speaking to the person in the drive thru so loudly that everyone that is waiting in line can hear the person personal information.that is clearly a HIPPA violation

Literally the worse walgreens in life. They gave me the run around about filling a prescription after they told me it was at another location on 56 get to 56 they say it's on 54 where I just came from. For me to ultimately have them cancel my script all together to go to CVS BEWARE DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! Horrible service.

Bad manager he is rude and does not know how to treat people. Stay away from this pharmacy if you do not want to have a bad experience. He never gave me 3 receipts like he said. Walgreens should hire better people with manners and do not lie to their customers

I called the pharmacy early morning and received excellent service from the manager who not only answered my questions, but took care of the transfer of scripts for both myself and my spouse, saving me time and effort. Andrew was super nice and provided exceptional above-and-beyond service. I am looking forward to my new pharmacy.

Sent some pictures of new grandbaby to be developed. I did this over the Walgreens web page. To be picked up at the Walgreens on Wesley Chapel Boulevard here in Wesley Chapel Florida. A little over 10 pictures came with the heads cut off. Was told by the lady behind the counter that if I didn't want the pictures I would have to reorder them. I don't think I'm ever going to order any pictures in that store again. FYI, I double-checked the pictures that I sent via the web page and none of the pictures had their heads cut off. I guess taking pride in your work is not a part of working at Walgreens.

Worst experience ever. Medications takes forever. Had family member drive there when I received a phone call that it was ready. Once got there nobody in the pharmacy knew about it. No people skills and fat pharmacist girl has a nasty mouth and cursed at me.

Every employee is so rude and if you have more than 1 car in front of you in the drive thru just go inside. It’ll take you 15-20 minutes inside, however, it takes them the amount of same time for them to get 1 car through the line. It’s comical honestly.

Pharmacy has Terrible Customer Service! Lack of Communication about your prescription whether you are there in person or over the phone is very troublesome. My husband went to pickup my cream, in which there were two sent by by my doctors office, but he came back with one, so I called and I asked did my doctor submit two, and I was put on hold, and the lady said yes, but we ordered it. Why not relay that information to my husband? Expecting delivery on Monday, but I call on Tuesday, and she (Jennifer) went to check, but after on hold for a few minutes she hung up, but I received a text for pickup. I did call CVS and there is a delivery service for $5, or $48, for the year! Training is a must at this location! Note: This site would not allow me to leave a Review without leaving at least one Star!

If I didn't have to leave one star to review this place I wouldn't because this place isn't even worth one. This is, without a doubt, THE WORST pharmacy in Wesley Chapel. When you have oral surgery, drop off your pain script, you expect to be able to pick it the same day right? Nope, the pharmacists at this location think they know better than the doctor that prescribed the medication. I don't care what policies they have in place. Be honest and upfront with your customers/patients. Own your behavior and quit blaming the patients insurance. I did notice how Walgreens ran the script through my insurance plan, RECEIVED payment for the prescription yet they're STILL holding it. GIVE ME A BREAK. IT'S ONLY 20 PILLS! Praise God I found a 3 year old prescription bottle that contain 4 tramadol to get me through the excruciating dental pain and boy did I have to ration that extremely old medication. I called again today (3 days AFTER dropping off the hand-written prescription) and the pharmacists acts as if they have no clue why the script was held up. So, when you get the "pharmacist reviewing prescription" message, it apparently means more than a hand written script from a doctor with a DEA #! I'll be notifying corporate of this "get the insurance to pay for the prescription (s) and then hold it from the patient" location. Matter of fact, I already have the regional directors phone number and will be calling them on Monday.

I rate this Walgreens location at 3 out of 5 stars or average for this pharmacy chain. This store is located at the northernmost end of Bruce B Downs Boulevard at the intersection with SR54. It's at an odd place at this intersection and getting in and out of the cramped parking lot is a bit tedious. The facility is clean and well maintained and the counter staff is competent. The location is difficult to access however.
