4The pharmacy takes forever to fill prescriptions. It took over a week to get an out of stock prescription filled for eye drops I needed. When I called them about it the third time, they said they had it in stock and would fill it. I took a prescription to the pharmacy and was told it would be ready in an hour. I called three hours later to find out if it was ready because I had not received a text message. The technician said the pharmacist was still working on it. I called back later and found out they needed to verify if I was allergic to the medicine. They have my allergies on file. After verifying I wasn't allergic, they filled it. Only took about 10 minutes after the last call, but they had the prescription for 5 hours. Why wouldn't you call the patient, especially when the medication was for migraines. On another occasion, I never got a text message saying my medication was ready, and it was for it a complication due to brain surgery. The service here stinks.
The slowest ppl work here! Everytime I come here it takes them forever to get my meds! This is the worst pharmacy and the ppl r so rude!
I get asthma inhalers and pay cash for them not insurance.they refused to fill my inhaler untill dr approval.i have refills.wow such a rude staff.nothing but problems.
