Walgreens, St. Augustine FL

This is the best store on the island! Great specials all the time, very clean and everyone loves Rita!

Amber, the pharmacy tech was very nice when I was finally able to pick up my prescription. However, the long-haired, short and very thin young woman was very unpleasant & rude. She was not helpful as to when my prescription would be ready, and did not notify me when it would be after I clearly requested a notification. Notifications are great when you’re vacationing and not wasting a couple hours on waiting for a prescription/notification.

Called to inquire about product before driving to island. Person answering phone said he did not know and suggested calling back tomorrow. It wasn't even 5: 00. I wanted to shop after work before going home. He did not offer to look. It would have taken him 5 minutes to check. I was calling off if an advertisement recieved in the mail. NOW, I will go to Target instead. Walgreens had to have spent valuable marketing dollars, only to be wasted by an ineffecient employee who couldn't be bothered. I will NOT shop at Walgreens no matter the promotion. I will pay full price elsewhere, based on the principle of the matter. This is not the first time Walgreen employees have done this, but it will be the LAST. If you call corporate, they give talking points and recited scripts. They obviously have enough profits to blow customers off so ceremoniously. DONE!

This Walgreen's is a short walk from where my husband and I stay when we are in town. I have been there often and always been pleased with the service. Today we both had questions for the pharmacist. Her name was Madison and she could not have been more friendly, more patient or more helpful. Thank you, Madison!

Went to drive thru to drop off prescription, twice, said that I can not drop it off until the day/date they last filled, I have ALWAYS dropped off BEFORE, GIVES PHARMACY TIME TO FILL THE PRESCRITION, I WAS OUT OF TOWN ON THE 14th AND 15th OF MARCH, AND COULD NOT DROP IT OFF, WENT TODAY SATURDAY, MARCH 16th TO FILL, AND THEY DONT HAVE IN STOCK, THEY HAVE TO ORDER MEDICATION, AND WONT BE IN UNTIL WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20th. REALLY FUNNY! THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO CHECK OTHER WALGREENS TO SEE IF THEY HAD ON HAND! HAD TO DRIVE 84 MILES TO FILL! THANKS FOR ALL THE AGGRAVATION! I’M YOUR LOCAL 100% DISABLED VETERAN.

April in cosmetics is the best. She is helpful, polite and has great customer service skills. She goes out of her way to help you and knows all the current deals. She's wonderful. She deserves a raise, right to management. 10 stars.

The workers are so rude, not one greeting when you come in the door. Waited at the cosmetics register for 15 minutes waiting on a someone to come help with a question and no-one came, was leaving and all 3 people came out of the office at the same time. Hmm. Poor management. Bought some cereal from there and it was 2 months expired, stock is supposed to be gone thru multiple times to ensure that doesn't happen. Very dissatisfied with this store compared to the other walgreens around.

Best customer service I could ask for! Pharmacy was great, I was looking for a specific item and without asking an employee approached me and found for me. I've switched to this store even tho it's out of the way for me, I prefer it over any others I've been to.

I stopped using any and all Walgreens because of their pharmacist. I have chronic pain and other issues, from being a quad for 31+ years. He treated me like a drug addict, not once but three times. Pathetic management throughout this store.
