Drug Store Walgreens reviews
14Worst service I have found in a pharmacy. The meds I usually pay 30 dollars came at 400 after running through my insurance and they didn’t care about helping me figure out why, seems they just wanted me to pay or leave. Zero politeness.
One of the best LabCorp experiences I’ve had! Very professional and caring staff. I’ll definitely be back - thanks Ladies!
TRY Good Doctor RX app.walgreens wanted $746.00 for a tube of medicine. $38.00 at publix. BOYCOTT WALGREENS.
Mindless wastes. Same prescription ordered EVERY month for a year. Every month they try and fill generic (which was not prescribed) every month is gets denied. Now during possible shutdowns - doc puts in refills. Again the mindless try and fill generic. Call to tell them their mistake like usual, to find out it’s been on back order. Did they call me or the doctor? No. Did they try and fill the ACTUAL prescription? Nope! Had the nerve to give me an attitude because she doesn’t know how to read. Having everything switched to Another company. They are going to kill someone one day because they don’t even check the patient or the history before putting the order through.
Appalled at the terrible service in the pharmacy. Obviously, my experience was a nightmare, but the consistency of displeased customers is what compelled me to write this. Avoid at all costs.
Literally, currently watching every single tech in the pharmacy completely ignore every phone call that comes in. I’ve been sitting here for 1 hr waiting for them to fix a prior authorization error. After my pharmacy called and described in specific detail what to do, the tech and pharmacist where still completely clueless. Update: 2 hrs later, and 15 mins after I left the store they call and tell me my prescription is ready. I’m am currently at the drive through window, and have been waiting approx. 15 mins after ringing the bell twice.
WORST PHARMACY I EVER HAD TO GO TO IN MY 40 YEARS. There is always one confused person at the pharmacy counter who handles the window and the counter. You always have to spend at least 45 minutes picking up your prescription. Sometimes you wait 45 minutes then they tell you there was a problem with your insurance, they do not notify you ahead of time. If you try to call the pharmacy on the phone expect to be on hold for at least 2 hours. Even my Dr.now refuses to call my prescriptions there. I have to use them because my insurance makes me go to walgreens. THEY ARE HORRIBLE,
When you have a racist pharmacist that asks if you the narcotic prescribed to you by a hospital has already been filled by another pharmacy (And you have to go about disproving this for an hour and a half before this are finally done since you were stereotyped because you’re BLACK!) for your endometriosis you get one star. I wish I could give you zero. Thanks also for asking if my endometriosis comes around only during certain times of year. Thank god my wife’s a nurse and told me I didn’t have to answer any of your questions because questioning my endometriosis frequency is outside of your scope of practice. Thank god I was persistent and didn’t get shut down at the drive through window like I’m sure you all have shut down so many other Black and minorities with the same story when you didn’t want to fill their prescriptions either. Shame on you.
The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Like waiting in line for 30+ minutes every time you need your medication? Then this is your pharmacy. Or how about waiting 1 week for your meds to only be told that they’re not ready AND they’re not in stock. Understaffed and clueless.
Horrible service. Photo tech gets aggravated because I needed help and asked questions! Very short and unfriendly. I can't stand someone who hates their job. Just quit and do something that makes you happy than being irritable and making others irritable!
Horrible. Dr.prescribed a new medication and the pharmacist (Black hair, bearded man, short) refused to fill it because he decided he didn't feel comfortable. The prescribing Dr.went as far as threatening to report them because it was not their decision to make. This is the second time in less than 6 months he has refused to fill a prescription. This pharmacist thinks he is above the Dr. I will take my business elsewhere and advise everyone else to do the same.
I have a friend who is unable to drive, she tried calling for 3 hours off and on waiting on hold For both the pharmacy and the main line no answer after eating around 30 minutes each call! Now mind you she needs the medicine she is trying to simply refill and cannot. So I have to drive, pick her up run her to the actual store and then we ended up waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes! I have small children yo can imagine how pleasant it was sitting a car with them for that long. Finally we get up to the after listening to the gentleman in front of us reem the pharmacy tech out for waiting so long as well. When we get to the window he is apologetic however no explanation as to why service was so slow after telling us there are 3 people working in the pharmacy alone. My friend will be switching to CVS immediately.
Wow, super slow service by new pharmacist.
Black hair and bearded pharmacist is a control freak (little man syndrome) and knows 'better than your doctor. ' he claims to be a doctor!
whereas the female pharmacist is an angel who is kind and listens.
I have an elderly family member on a narcotic. This particular Walgreens has filled this family member's prescription for 12 years (along with a host of other meds). After a new pharmacy manager arrived on scene just recently, this pharmacist (at his/her discretion), has decided to no longer fill my relative's medication. This decision was made on-the-spot, no notice.
