THE WORST experience at this store 99% of the time. If I could give zero stars best believe I would! The staff is rude, incompetent, and forget about trying to call them on the phone. You’ll either rot on hold before someone helps you or by the grace of God you get someone to answer and they somehow get “disconnected”. I’m so over this store and will be switching pharmacies.

If you care about yourself or your loved one. Do not use this pharmacy! Super rude people working in that pharmacy.

Terrible customer service, pharmacists are rude and incompetent which jeopardizing patient care.

Hector who is comitting identity theft and not an actual pharmacist did not want to look into the system because he doesn't know how! Instead he did not let us pay cash for our medicine which is illegal and said we were band from getting meds there! THE SITS ARE CONTAMINATED AND HE IS IN ON IT. WALGREENS U CANT LET JUST ANYONE HAVE ACSEES TO PEOPLE MEDICAL INFORMATION. THAT IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA!

Arrogant pharmacist who doesn't listen.

I took a list of vaccinations I need, to them. I'm trying to explain that my immigration lawyer provided a very carefully made list because sometimes immigration petitioners don't get all the vaccines they require. And so the officer processing the case point out that they are missing the vaccines and does a Request for Evidence and this holds up the petition. The pharmacist is just glibly listing the vaccines off the top of her head like she knows immigration law, instead of looking at the list. And ends up telling me to call immigration because some of the vaccines don't apply to my age. Sure some of the vaccines don't apply to my age, but I told them my age. And I have a list of vaccines that I've already had. All they have to do is subtract the ones that I'm not eligible for yet, along with the ones I've already had. But no, instead of going through the list methodically, they're telling me to call immigration to find out what I need, when my lawyer has already made a list based on hundreds of cases, and all the times she's gotten RFEs for vaccinations that were not done.

UPDATE:

Went to Walmart and they took the time to look at the list, eliminate the ones in my vaccine history, and gave me a nice printout with the pharmacy name of 8 vaccine along with the price.

What has happened to Walgreens! They keep giving me the wrong prescription, don't want to fix it, treat you like an animal. I am switching! They are out of business, they just don't know it yet!

Today I had to take passport pictures for my newborn and the gentleman with the red shirt was so knowledgeable and patient. He made my first time entering Walgreens such a pleasant trip. I wished I would of asked for his name. Thank you again. Customer service was top notch.

Horrible waiting drive thru. Took an hour minutes in line. Person at the window was on the phone. Attending inside customers and not attending the window. The attendant was extremely rude. Gerardo very very rude. Didn’t care.

Worst pharmacy ever.they never have the prescription on time. When you sick you want to get your medications on time. Came for both and only one was ready come back in 30 min. There answer was there is a lot people getting medications.

There pharmacy could care less. They should get paid less to balance there ability to the actual work performed

Walgreens 5 Must Haves!

1. Please adjust your abrasive, dismissive, and outright UN- PROFESSIONAL attitude! #Pattern
2. Pharmacists/tech please, actually APPEAR in the window when speaking WITH a customer, we don’t want to speak to a intercom & glass?
3. Please Greet customers upon entrance and exit- don’t throw drugs in bag, close box and storm off!
4. Be courteous, professional and respectful- you NEVER know who the customer could be!
5. Stefano, please look into this!

Decent pharmacy. Friendly staff. Clean isles. We liek the fridge area in the back with the screens to show what deinks they have. Frequently visit this store. Never have any issues here

Pharmacy is over worked. Lines take about an hour. Prescriptions aren’t accurate.
The staff is trying their best but management needs to figure something out.

Every time I take my kids for covid vaccine shots to this pharmacy, I have to wait at least 75mins for the turn. I understand the pharmacy is over crowded all the time, but they have have to work on a plan to handle the crowd. There is a pandemic going on please hire more medical staff!

Worse pharmacy ever! The line is outrageous, they simply don’t care, they take their sweet time and make everything harder on the client. People that work at pharmacy or hospitals must be more understanding and have compassion towards the customers that are sick and not having a great time
