Drug Store Walgreens reviews
8Worse Walgreens I've ever visited. No Cooler so at almost 11: 00 pm trying to find Milk is impossible. Then no restrooms are available for PAYING customers. Really?
If I could give this pharmacist a negative rating I would. Completely unwilling to help or do any type of extra work or research to help his patients. Apparently, he only goes to work as a pharmacist to collect a check because he DAMN sure did not go into pharmaceutical sales to help people. I do not often wish ill on others, but I sincerely hope this man finds a different profession soon.
This pharmacy is awful. The past several times I’ve picked up prescriptions here, the people at window have been rude, completely incompetent, and unhelpful. Go to CVS or somewhere else.
Fantastic customer service this morning (9: 30am). The check out lady greeted me with a bubbly smile and saw that I had a FEDEX package. She told me who could help me. The gentleman than met me and scanned the label. I was in and out super quick. Great to know that you can drop off Fedex ground packages at this store. Will come again
A special thank you to the pharmacy staff (Chris) for providing excellent care to my daughter who passed out after her vaccine. Walgreens has alway rated a higher caliber in our eyes but the care and attention they provided was above and beyond! Thank you
I went to this Walgreens, which I have used for years, to pick up a prescription a week ago. It had been called in the day before. I was told “we had a question for your doctor. ” I asked, “did you call him, ” and was told “yes. ” I texted my doctor, he said no one had contacted him but he would call. He texted me back within 30 minutes saying he had talked to Walgreens, could not understand what they had misunderstood, but it was resolved. I went back today and, after a long wait, the clerk acted as if she knew nothing about the prescription. She finally acknowledged it, and told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait. I then tried to purchase Sudafed but was told they needed photo ID. Offered to show them my drivers license photo on my phone, but that was not sufficient. But not to worry, just go through drive through and show ID. I did, but was told at window I had to go back in store to check out. I screamed and left. I have had it with Walgreens! Transferring all of my prescriptions, including one that has been denied twice, to CVS.
Didn't have my issue resolved in the pharmacy at first.but after carefully abiding and reviewing what the girls told me, and abiding by such, I actually figured I had pretty good service, and timely at that all along!
