15Came to take a passport picture and the employee told me the don’t take pictures until after 4: 30pm. What type of business is that?
The doctor who is in the pharmacy it is zero professional.when she threw my mother's medicine on the table. She got upset because I asked for the medicine, because she had already been waiting for an hour.she ignored me and she just told me to sit down.she spoke in English making fun of me, with her partner being racist because she speaks Spanish. And I perfectly understood what she was saying about me. She was deliberately late in delivering the medicine. When I told her that she was going to file a claim for her treatment, she said: I'm not afraid, look how i shake (she doesn't care). Very bad professional
This guys at the photo printers has no repespect for the customer I came yester he told me the photo passport close at 7 I say ok to day I come at 6 I tell me no photo printers no repsect for the customer
Pharmacy hours on the app, website, and on their door says they are open M-F until 9 pm. Showed up at 7 pm to get my medicine and it was closed. Last time their "system" was down and I couldn't get my meds for 3 days because it was a weekend. I'm changing all my RX to the one on Biscayne Blvd.
I wish this place actually cared…
The times I’ve called this pharmacy, I’m either on a 20 - till forgotten min hold or I’m hung up on.
I was hung up on 5 times yesterday!

I was unable to go to the store and I needed to call in to check if my prescription was ready… This is unacceptable.
Please train your employees better.
It’s a shame because I live so close by; I’m going to have to change my pharmacy location. No one should experience this low level of service…
I have been waiting in the pharmacy drive-through line for 45 minutes in the hot baking sun because someone ahead of me is apparently doing a Covid test. I know this because I called the store and ask what the holdup was. And they said that was just a policy. Use some common sense and ask that person to come inside if they have to wait for insurance approval to do the test. Don’t make anybody waiting in line in the dark, and in this case, in the sun.
There are no good in the pharmacy. I had appointments for covid test for 10: 30 and they said we don't do anybody until after 11: 15a.m I don't think is fare for the customer.
It not the first time I have problems with them pharmacy there.
I hope they can fix the problem.
The worst pharmacy they never pick up the phone I had a lady picked up and put me back on hold. I was on hold for 1 hour and no one never answered that's all the time I try to call not once have they picked up the phone.
I don't usually do these reviews, but I'm a loyal Walgreens costumer, I stop by alot of different Walgreens and when I stopped by this one I was stunned by the costumer service I feel like this location is very underrated and deserves more recognition! Every employee greeted and interacted with my family as if we were family; mind you it was our first time coming in here! Shout out to Ms Lisa her spirit was beautiful
Horrible staffing specifically the pharmacist. They don’t care they’re careless. I came to pick up my medicine no one even ask me how they can help me. Bad service.
Today is Sunday. I’m attempting to call in a prescription for a patient. It’s Sunday, which means clinics are closed and MAs are not working. I, the provider, am personally calling in the prescription. I’ve been on hold for more than 37 minutes at this point. The phone has rung 16 times in between hold music, and each time except for once, the answerer put me back on hold without making any inquiries. At about 24 minutes, a pharmacy tech said the pharmacist was administering vaccines and asked whether I wanted to continue to hold or leave a message; she also clarified that she cannot take the prescription. At this point, I do not want to leave a message because I need to make sure the patient receives what she needs in a timely manner. As one who also administered vaccines, I know that it does not take 35 minutes to administer a vaccine. If pharmacists are the only one administering vaccines and able to take prescriptions over the phone and verify press prescriptions, then there should be more than one pharmacist on at a time. To have a provider wait almost 45 minutes to prescribe antibiotics is beyond absurd. If providers wait this long to receive service, I can only imagine what the patients have to go through.
GO TAKE YOU COVID TEST SOMEWHERE ELSE! With an appointment, I still had to wait all most an hour to actually get the vaccine. Im almost certain this is why as many people haven’t gone in to obtain the vaccine. The workers are clearly overwhelmed and the pharmacist moves very slow.
Pt.has pneumonia. The rx was faxed over yesterday (pharmacy tech confirmed receipt on phone call). No text or other update received, since yesterday, to say rx is ready for pick-up. When you call they deliberately hang up the phone on you. No one acknowledges you on the line. This location is waiting for a lawsuit should anything happen to patients based on other reviews.
I take my husband to have Covid vaccine. His app was at 11: 20, at 12: 25 He still having 3 people in front. My advice is Chose another location or go to another place.
I take my shot at Walgreens located 5361 Nw 22nd ave and was great! No waiting time to get the shot. After get the shot I wait for 15 minutes and done! The staff there is so kind!
I showed up 5 minutes early for my scheduled covid testing appointment and after a 25 minute wait without having been acknowledged someone finally came to the window and asked if I was picking up or dropping off. When I advised I was there for covid testing the woman I was speaking with told me their system was down and I can try coming back in an hour or two. Their system seemed to be working fine when she was under the assumption that I was there for something prescription related. I ask if I can be called back when their system is working and after a short pause she says to be honest we’re just really busy which is basically telling me I wasted my time coming here for what was a scheduled appointment and she’s trying to avoid doing it. Who deals with a customer like that.
