Worst pharmacy and the pharmacist are the worst. They refuse to fill medications according to their comfort zone when real doctors wrote the scripts. I have lived here 2.5 years and I have been getting same medication for 18 years but this particular pharmacy gives me issues all the time. Wether they aren’t comfortable with dosage or it’s they need doctor to write DOB on script and complete address like there is room. I can drive up street to cvs or any other pharmacy and no issues. Just ridiculous!

Shocked at the poor customer service in th pharmacy. I really felt like I was an inconvenience to the employees. Luckily, my disappointment in the back was soon forgotten at check out. Such a friendly associate!

I never really write reviews, but I wanted to warn anyone else who has a disability such as ADHD or chronic depression. This location is not ADHD/depression friendly. I was able to fill my medications for both here last month, but this month I was denied both medications and the only reason I was given was that the pharmacist “isn’t comfortable”. Why were they comfortable giving me my medications that literally help me function last month, but this month is different? I now have to go without these medications and experience chemical imbalances in my brain all because the pharmacist just decided not to fill my perfectly valid script. I’m not even angry, I’m just horribly stressed and upset, and scared in anticipation of what stopping both medications cold turkey until I can find another pharmacy to fill them will do to me. I just want to save someone else from this stress. If you are medicated for depression or ADHD, look elsewhere for filling your meds.

It's quick and easy. No more expensive for certain products than a grocery store. You can pick up a RX at time.

I have had great experiences with the pharmacy staff. They are always polite and work to help with any questions I have had.

They also fill my scripts pretty quickly and smile while they do so.

Highly recommend this particular Walgreens.

My doctor sent my prescription for my breathing medication at 1020am at 130pm it still wasn't filled. They said they needed an hour, more than an hour later, it STILL wasn't even pulled to be filled. Terrible service

The store manager does not pay his employees the correct amount of wages. This store has very great people but it needs a new manager as Theo is incompetent and cannot manage. During a pandemic, the manager should ensure everyone has correct pay. Also, he yells at his employees and is verbally abusive. Not a good work environment

We had scheduled a COVID test at this Walgreen's for today. Yesterday Chris called and unfortunately had to cancel our test due to not having any delivered. He then went out of his way to try and find us tests since it was to take a flight. He is the kind of employee any company should be so thankful for. BIG THANKS to Chris.

Today, at the age of 81, I was attempting to get another COVID-19 test. It should be noted that I have had two shots of the Mernervia vaccine. After many attempts useing the Walgreens web page, with no success I went to the store. The store I chose was at the intersection of Belcher and Sunset Point in Clearwater Fl. I received outstanding support from Jasmine in the pharmacy area. She took time and used her own cell phone to sign me up for a drive through Covid-19 test. This second test was requested by my doctor as I was experiencing runny nose and cold symptoms. This young lady should recognize for her outstanding customer support. I did talk directly to the pharmacist concerning my appreciation, concerning the support I received. Jasmine stated, after I asked, that she was studying to become a doctor, she will do great and with her demeanor her patients will be praising her just as I am!

If you're just picking up something on the go, fine. I wouldn't choose this pharmacy for prescriptions. Slow to process, lots of times they are out of prescription stock and even though the pharmacy is supposed to be open till 9p.m, they close before 8: 30p.m. Most nights. You may get a text or email telling you your prescription is ready, but when you arrive, they'll tell you it's not ready. Sometimes it won't be ready until the next day.

Be Aware! Pharmacy Staff does not consistently wear masks. My boyfriend just had major back surgery and I have been dealing with his refills. Multiple times the cashier has her nose uncovered and pharmacists filling scripts in the backround have no masks at all.

I switched my Rx to this location because I loved the way the team treats their customers in the pharmacy UNTIL TODAY! The pharmacy has a new manager “Sussie”. She NEEDS TO GO. Perhaps thru Customer Service 101 or maybe she needs to be sent to Walgreens Management training program AGAIN. She does not know how to talk to customers. They made a mistake with the insurance used when running my Rx. Explained to her it is a new year and new plan she gave me the biggest attitude demanding how I was going to pay for it like if I was going to run with it without paying (mind you I hadn’t even received my prescriptions yet). I kindly replied “we could be a little friendlier/nicer about it, again the insurance has not changed since the last time”. As I got on phone to clarify with provider she changed her demeanor and tonality and advised that they ran the wrong insurance. Poor customer service she has.
