Drug Store Walgreens reviews
10You’re better off going in person to speak with anyone. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. Never actually spoke with anyone. Ended up just driving there. They are also ALWAYS out of prescriptions. AVOID this pharmacy if possible.
Very rarely has my medication’s in stock they always have to be ordered It’s time to change pharmacies this one has gone considerably downhill over the years I don’t know what exactly the problem is it’s just that when I need my prescriptions I need them I have a few medical issues
As a long time customer.mostly at the pharmacy drive-thru. I can say that everyone there is very professional and courteous and helpful.until today when I stopped to pick up a prescrip. Quinn.never saw her before.was crazy rude.outrageously obnoxious and unpleasant.and really for no reason.shouted at me.it was almost comical. I was stunned.after leaving and doing some other shopping, I decided to return to the store and speak to the pharmacist. I was there around 4: 30 pm.if there is cct I would highly recommend mgnt taking a look at it.
Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant manager, old blond woman called Nancy. Never recommending this place!
I will never step foot in your Walgreens again! My insulin arrived at my house I was shorted the needles I need to.inject the insulin. At first the pharmacist was ok I ran to grab a drink and came back then she wanted a piece of identification that I don't think even exists all of that for nothing I apologised to her for serving and left. I told the manager on duty about. I wish they would not profile people. The Walgreens down the street took care of me just fine.
Carly is the best
Marsha is an old bitter and rude woman who appears to have a problem withdrawing from opioids.
Typically a wonderful store with all great employees, except for one shift lead, Dan.
Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional, employee I have ever seen at this store. He was barking orders at a 66 year old gentlemen in front of me and then proceedes to not give back the gentlemens change. Walking away and never comes back. Had to get another employee to get the change back. Absolutely ridiculous
The pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacists are exceptionally compassionate and remember the little details about you and make it a personalized experience every time. The store is very clean and neat and always stocked well with good options in all departments. The older female cashier up front with the long dark hair is the nicest person and I enjoy our interactions. My favorite Walgreens ever.
The new female pharmacist has no empathy for anyone. Needed help with my prescription and she flat out refused when she could have made an exception. Terrible customer service. There was a blonde pharmacist whom used to work here and she was great. This new woman is such a disappointment. Oh and if you try to place a formal complaint through their website the form doesnt even work. I tried it on chrome, safari and explorer just to be sure it wasnt my browser. Awful.
