Walgreens, Boynton Beach FL

The worse customer service, my scripts will go missing and they will argue with you that they never received it even though i am in the walgreens account and i get the texts messages.they have had a couple of pharmacists change because of their poor leadership ability.they all will hang up on someone, the publix worker told me they were even rude to him when they called to get a medication transferred because they were out of stock.i kept calling in my blood pressure medicine to filled and they kept canceling my medication, it took me to threaten to sue to get it filled.i wasn’t able to transfer to another location at the time and i was forced to deal with walgreens.the pharmacists act whatever they want because they are walgreens employees they just contract out their positions.they’re a joke!

ZERO stars would be more accurate. EVERY MONTH they claim to never receive prescriptions sent by any of my doctors. Prescriptions i have been taking for YEARS. I've watched them get faxed from the doctors office, receive the texts they are ready from the Walgreen automated system the next day. Go to pick them up: and EVERY time they SOMEHOW don't exist and never came in. I'M SICK of this place. On top of that the staff are always rude and belligerent. FIRE THE ENTIRE PHARMACY DEPT.

Read the other reviews they take forever and never answer their phone. Just go to the CVS up the block

The most rude pharmacist ever! How a company would ever have a person like this employed is beyond me?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is horrible. Calling in is frustrating as you sit on hold for 45 min and was hung up on. Then talking with store manager who is MORE RUDE than ever

Aniya is a very understanding and patient pharmacy tech. Took her time with helping me get my monthly refill and made my experience so much more enjoyable. I will be returning to this walgreens for all my refills. 10/10, can’t wait to come back!

I don’t understand why this pharmacy has a low rating. They did the most for me! The staff is also nice and did not take long at all.

I will be sure never to spend a dime of my money with Walgreens again. Customer service is horrendous with no call back from anyone after trying multiple times. And when I did a free COVID test and was promised results within 2 hours. 24 hours later and had to pay at airport for another test. What a joke.

Idk the jackass in charge that random decided to open the store lat for the next 3 day and puts a sign up that can't even been seen driving by.

This is the worst pharmacy and they do not have a heart They can let me die and do not give me my prescriptions I hope they go into bankruptcy and disappear

Waited for a flu shot for 2 HOURS, after making an appointment, I was told I would be seen within 30 minutes. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy as well, I was ignored the whole time so they could prioritize putting things away and chatting. Avoid this location if possible

Staff tries very hard but is hindered by the manager who does not seem to care about customers… Wow

Terrible, Terrible Walgreens! Walgreens should be embarrassed to be associated with this location. Worst service ever at not just this one time but every time. The pharmacist is absolutely rudest person ever and acts like everyone is beneath her. Staff has no idea what their doing!

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to, I called 2 minutes before close and I needed something that was an emergency and the guy who answered the phone is like I can't wait an extra 2 minutes, people in this world make me sick and I was literally down the street from the store, some guy on the phone said can't stay open passed 12, absolutely disgusting people that's all I can say

Pharmacy is the worse ever it's disgusting 45 minutes wait every time to drop or pick up my prescription. Finally get to the window the lady came to tell me they have to contact my doctor the next day I guess they never see a printed prescription beforethe and I needed to start my prescription same day for a procedure. I went to publix they took the prescription.

I got my passport photo taken here a few days ago, I went back in today because I needed an extra copy, they told me the system was down. So I told them I would like to take another photo and make extra copies, they didn’t want to do it. Poor customer service from the employee and the manager!
