Walgreens, Live Oak FL

I give 1 to that pharmacy since it is a place where they do not help patients to solve their problems with medicines. My case is in their hands to solve my situation with a medicine and they do not care if the patient is sick or not.only lies they told me that it was health insurance problems and it is not true, it is bad administration and the pharmacy's decision for me is one of the worst providing services in the county

The store is clean, well organized. The staff is professional and very helpful. Always find what I need.

Pharmacy sucks and normally smart mouths and moving to Winn Dixie in live oak Raymond Galler

Brock Daniel's was rude and lacks customer service i won't ever be back. Also with your "on sale" you need to make sure you say only for members. Because I'm not spending $18.18 on some color oops

Dwuana is very professional in her approach to help her customers, but more importantly Dwuana talks to you in a very caring and sincere demeanor! The Pharmacist for this Walgreens Location, Rebecca Sapp is the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. She thinks she knows more than my doctor and has done everything within her power to make sure my experience at this particular Walgreens location miserable. I moved to Live Oak, from Brandon, Florida last year, and I have always chosen Walgreens to fill my prescriptions. I have NEVER had any problems until now, with this Pharmacist. My insurance company, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida has contracted with Walgreens under my insurance plan. The next closest Walgreens is 35 miles away so unfortunately, I’m kind of stuck with this Walgreens and this Pharmacist. Walgreens, is the only prescription store that is on my insurance plan within a reasonable traveling distance. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens but still have not heard anything back. Hopefully, they will be able to resolve the situation if not then I guess I’m just without my prescriptions.

Pharmacy is not run organized nor efficient. They need a Pharmacy manager that knows how to do their job!

Local store is nice & clean. Huge problem with the driveway going into the parking lot. It has hedges & trees and drivers cannot see each other pulling in and out. If there hasn't been an accident yet, there will be. Please cut them down. They're beautiful, but very dangerous.

Worst pharmacy on planet earth! Took 4 days to fill a two dollar prescription primarily because they weren’t capable of determining which months had 30 days and which had 31. Had to have the dr. Transfer to Win Dixie, who had it ready in twenty minutes. Worst run around I’ve ever encountered. Not to mention I received a call saying it was ready on the first day

We love our local store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We choose to come here over the big W store very often. It's easy to find what we need & we get a great price. This is our go-to store when shipping for a quick gift because they have a great card selection, lots of giftcards options plus a lot of unique gifts.
