I came to the pharmacy to get syringes for my B12 and they didn’t want to sell them to me. In Broward county you can get syringes with no prescription in Walgreens. And I got them already in Miramar Walgreens before. But this pharmacy didn’t want to sell them to me, which is a bad customer service. The pharmacist didn’t treat me the proper way. I don’t think I look that suspicious that they wouldn’t sell me syringes. I had to drive 2 miles down the street and they sold me what I was asking for. Horrible service, discrimination and mistreatment. Shame on the pharmacist for treating people like that. Really recommend the Walgreens pharmacy in s palm Avenue, Miramar. Absolutely nice professional personnel there.

Labcorp was wonderful! Greeted me on the way in. Didn’t even notice when they put the needle in. Painless and very professional. Thank you Ken for a great experience!

Today I went to get blood work and I was terrified because I don’t like needles and the worker there was ken/Kevin one of them when I tell u he put it in so fast I was shocked cuz I didn’t really feel it… he sooo deserves a raise

I came here to do my LabCorps and it was absolutely amazing. If you have a fear of needles or drawing blood, come here and Ken will treat you right. In less than two seconds, the needle was already in and the blood is already drawn. He also makes you feel at home with a great personality. I would definitely recommend him.

Scheduling an appointment was an easy process. My daughter needed to have some labs drawn and didn’t particularly enjoy having to do so. We arrived a bit early, checked in which was an easy process and only waited a short time. I heard and saw Ken cleaning the interior of the lab, so that was comforting to see and he greeted us and prepared everything with attention and accommodated my daughter. He was great at deciding which arm was best and got right to it without any flaws. We will definitely come back to visit Ken if need be.

The worst! I spent 35 minutes at the drive through lane with only 2 cars in front of me. Only one person working, plus the pharmacist; that's crazy.

Bad customer service. I placed a order online for a item in the pharmacy at 8pm it said the order will be ready in 30 minutes now it's 10pm and
no one is in pharmacy and I can't get my order. I was coming back the next day and the lady cancel my order after they charge me on my card. I'm going to start taking employee names and call corporate to complain instead. I see why they have such a low rating.

Stephanie is the woman who works at the LabCorp in this Walgreens and she is FANTASTIC! If you are a tough stick or people hurt you drawing your blood elsewhere consider coming here she is truly great and she is almost always running on or early. Really can't say enough good things for her!
I will definitely be there when I need my blood work!

I place a star because you need to put something in order to leave a comment, but honestly they don't deserve not even one. Please go to another store especially if you have an emergency. They are extremely unprofessional and in terms of customer service I don't think they have a clue of what that means. Don't waist your time.

Avoid this pharmacy. Night pharmacist is rude. She has no customer service nor attempts to care. I guess she feels entitled and customers aren't allow to talk to her.
My wife had her vaccine appointment and confirmation wich she showed. The pharmaciest is now hiding.

God forbid you have an emergency regarding medication. You'll be on hold for half an hour, doing the "please hold" limbo. Just to be hung up on after waiting that long.

I dropped off my refill rx number over a month, and I am yet to receive notification that the refill is ready. I took the bottle in personally and the young man inputted the information. Nothing yet although the rx has several refills.

Today is the 5th day since my doctor wrote a prescription for ear drops. Checked yesterday, out of stock. Still waiting for a status call today.

The most horrible costumer service and I’m short, awful you call you’ll be waiting at least 10min in the line, there a person with an Indian accent the worst he hard breath on you he even said OH MY God with actitud, I wait 45 min in the drive thru for my medication I go every month sadly my ensure only do the pharmacy and this is closer but need complete new staff, I don’t know why no body supervised, is a nightmare been they costumer

Well let's see Walgreens as a company has no concern for their customers. I shopped at the Worst Walgreens ever. The wannabee Mgr LAURA CRUZ, is just plain rude, to both customers and employees and lacks common sense. She stood right next to me while I shopped their after Christmas sale. By the time I got to the register half my items, that had tags that said Christmas on them, and visually screamed Christmas did not ring up with the discount. The cashier called Laura over who was still in the same section to tell me she was not giving me the discount because other customers put stuff in the wrong place. I explained there are a bunch of the same items in the same area she said yes see saw them and me while I shopped these item. I explained a different Walgreens gave me the discount 3 days before. And she responded she was not giving me the discount, that it's not her fault people put stuff anywhere. Alot more took place but that's the summary. I called customer service who was pleasant on 1/15/21, then 1/22/21 and on 2/01/21 they said they were escalating this case and said someone will call me in 2 to 4 days. I'm still waiting. Walgreens! Shame on you for not caring for your customers and addressing poor employee behavior. I called the store back and asked for the Store Manager who was a male and he said no i can't give you the sale price. He too lacked empathy, and like Laura gave no apology and seemed as if I was bothering them. I said thank you and hung up. What a Disaster.

Horrible service. They lied to me about my prescription and told me to contact my insurance and Dr.to verify everything. So I did knowing there was nothing wrong. I had to go days without my prescription because they hadn't prepared it! Worst place and worst customer service.
