4I FOUND EVERYTHING THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. ALL THE STAFF/EMPLOYEES WERE NICE, HELPFUL, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
I called to refill a prescription and the pharmacy tech said I had no refills to call in a week he was nasty and hanged up on me, twice because I called back thinking the call had dropped. I knew I had refills so I called another Walgreens on 53rd street and they were super nice and told me that yes I had a refill!
People expect Walgreens to be trustworthy and reliable. Shopping at Walgreens is easy. Calling the pharmacy is a different story. The IVR can be hard to get past, and waiting on hold feels like a long wear down. I wish there was some other way to contact Walgreens pharmacy instead of calling them.
Able to find what we needed. Staff was nice. It was late so not much foot traffic, employees didn't seem very busy.
