Horrendous pharmacy experience every single time. Long waits on the phone, constantly put back on hold half a dozen times, never picked back up, 30 minutes on hold when I call. Got a text saying my rx was being processed but needed insurance verification, jumped through hoops to get through to a human only to be told the meds are still out of stock. My doctor talked to the pharmacy earlier today, my rx was supposed to be ready at 3pm. Called around that time, rx still being processed according to machine, call back in an hour. The auto-answering machine said I was behind at least 3 other people, this happened twice. Called the main Walgreens area, was told pharmacy was actually closed because the pharmacist called out. This place is a joke!

Worst pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing in 20 years with repeatable careless mistakes, constant revolving door of pharmacy staff and complete incompetence all around. Miscounts on pills, not following clear instruction and refill count mistakes are among the repeatable offenses and I’ve actually received the medication of other people not once but twice. How? How do you ask for someones license and still manage to give them the wrong script? If this place wasn’t right next door to my house, I’d never go back again. If you have a choice, use any other pharmacy on the planet. Honestly this pharmacy should be shut down with how often they screw things up.

Covid booster appointments are actually 1st come 1st serve. Your appt.time is irrelevant. If fact, don't waste time with online paperwork.you still need to fill out the same paperwork while you wait.and wait. And further they request you bring printed proof of your appointment. Not interested in that either. Try CVS or Publix.
The Phamacy is historically slow, slow, slow. I thought this would be more organized.not.
And don't think you can leave and come back within your 35 or 40 minute wait window. Nope. Gotta start all over again and get in the new line.

First time pharmacy customer and last time pharmacy customer. They gave me the runaround and then when they figured it out, told me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and she told me it would be another two hours. What is going on here?

I use to love going to this pharmacy but in recent months now I don’t. The pharmacy has long lines and take forever to serve you, but even this doesn’t bother me that much. It’s the rudeness when I call the pharmacy and the lack of customer service. Then there’s the long holds and putting you back in the que for over 30 minutes and never returning. I can understand this pandemic has caused some hardship on companies but come on the lack of rudeness and common respect to come back on and say I will be with you shortly, I’m still researching is incomprehensible.

Pharmacy staff is usually condescending rude impatient and incompetent. I try to get prescriptions filled and there’s always something going on whether it’s a glitch in the system or wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then get hung up on. It seems it’s always something. Walgreens on Henderson & Swann is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve talked about switching but the convenience factor has always been an issue. My husband was dying of cancer and in this last few months the pharmacist would come to the counter for consultation asking why he needed his pain medication and did he try doing different interventional pain remedies before going to medicine. She’s not the doctor she just has to fill the prescription that the doctor wrote for him to make his quality-of-life better and she had the nerve to question it. When I spoke to the doctor about this he was livid and called the Walgreens corporation and put in a complaint about the pharmacist who is trying to overrule his prescribing for itI am definitely switching Walgreens to another pharmacy

Pharmacy made me wait for 30 minutes on the phone, hung up on me twice, and then when I finally got someone to talk with me they said they couldn't help me, and that I needed to make an appointment online.

That would have been nice to know the first time you hung up on me.

This place is terrible, customer service is bad, they take forever, never pick up the phone, and there is no option to be called back or anything I have waiting up to 30 minutes on the phone.

Highly satisfied with customer service did by himani. Nice to talk with her about medicine for my grand daughter. Suggested medicine really good. Love to see her always. Also finally get one location have indian people who can able to talk with in our language its big help also.

The guy at the front register talks entirely too much. You've customers waiting in line while you're holding a full convo very aggravating.

Keep the personal talk outside of work. Be considerate.

The store staff are always friendly and smiling, however today I ran into some unexpected trouble with my car and pulled into their parking lot. They were very neighborly and incredibly kind and accommodating. I wanted to acknowledge the extra effort. Thank you!

The cashier Daniela is very friendly! Seen her multi task between photo and cashing out, over all a good experience and great attitude! The employees are always making sure we leave with exactly what we were looking for! Always there if we have any questions. I have no complaints on this Store, i been going for over a year now. Keep it up! Also very organized:)

DOCTORS OFFICE TRYING TO CHECK ON RX FOR PATIENT THATS OUT OF MEDICATION, HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 330PM THIS AFTERNOON, KEPT ON HOLD OVER 5 MINUTES THEN HUNG UP ON 2X
RIDICULOUS. REFERRING PATIENT TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY DEF NOT A WALGREENS.

My mom love this store for one reason because Charles always helping. My mom have back problem whenever she comes in Charles carry everything to the car for her makes sure she get in the car make her laugh and always telling her great encouragement to boost her health up what she could do. This dude is a blessing for Walgreens he’s unbelievable. He’s customer service is incredible someone like this need to be recognized for he’s great work. Good job Charles

Charles is an amazing man great for Walgreens every time I enter the store I’ve always feel welcome and always makes me laugh. He have a leadership mentality. If I was the store manager, I would promote Charles due to his leadership mentality and very smart.

Charles is one of a kind. Helpful and kind and funny. Every day I come in and I see him working I get happy because he’s laugh/smile so contagious and pure and always looking nice and smell good and never a day he’s mad I watched him help anyone and never complain. Great face for this store
