12 Don't waste your time here. The Pharmacist Anh pushes her beliefs on certain medications like progesterone and will refuse to fill them. Provided a prescription for a antifungal cream a week ago for my 8 month old. She told me she would call my daughter's pediatrician to confirm what it was because she supposedly couldn't read it. Yet, Publix could and said they were out of it A week later, she still has not done it and my daughter is getting worse. Apparently she sent a fax but didn't call them. Go elsewhere or only drop prescriptions off when she isn't there.
Update: Went to Walgreens in Hunterscreek. They immediately knew what it was and filled it same day.
Drive through is the worse. The staff need to speed up and get the lines moving. If the meds are not ready, have people park their vehicle until it’s ready. Holding the line is very inconvenient
Just left pharmacy after 2 visits to retrieve prescription no luck 1 employee working everyone has issues. Please hire more staff to better serve, I'll try again tomorrow ill be there at open
Stood at the front for a good 5 minutes, waiting for someone to ring up my order. Two employees at the photo counter looked me in the eye and ignored me and never called anyone to help me. I left and made my purchases at Publix. Not ok!
I just left here. The elderly woman at the register did not print me a receipt. When I asked her for one, she told me to go find a manager instead of calling for one. I asked her to please call for a manager. She called and the manager (a middle aged blonde with glasses) was even more rude. Do not give these people your service. They are unhappy and will take it out on you.
For the most part I like this Walgreens however they often have trouble when there's more than a couple people in line, and there's one or two pharmacists that artist friendly as they could be. But at the same time is a couple great folks there product is usually stock to need
Terrible service. I asked several times for help to print a photo and I had to bother for the cashier to deign to help me.she was very busy talking with another colleague. With little pleasure he had to help me with the procedure, the photo was cut off and both employees disappeared. What an unpleasant experience
Called my prescription in over 24 hours told it would be ready by 10am. Came to pick up at 4pm and they said I need to have a seat and they will try and get to it. Extremely rude staff. Super unprofessional.
It takes them 15 mims to get to the desk and than the MGR is very rude no customer service at all! That MGR should be sat down! Absollutely horrible experience.
Annette the laziest shift lead ever. The entire store is empty. Not doing anything and will not open the photo department to take photos even though it’s suppose to be open. They even have the computers closed. She should be fired. She cannot even speak proper english.
This pharmacy is half a mile from my house. I will unfortunately be traveling to a different one further away because they are constantly messing up. Many of the staff are quite friendly but idk how they continually mess up. I also can NEVER get them on the phone. I had surgery yesterday and still haven’t been able to pick up my after-care prescriptions because they’ve entered my new insurance incorrectly and refuse to call my insurance’s help desk line to get help doing it correctly. I’ve had to call my insurance company on more than one occasion because of something wrong with my meds and I’ve been met with the question “why isn’t your pharmacy calling? This really is something they should be doing. ”
Done putting up with it.
Update: other pharmacy took a total of 10 minutes to 1. Look up my insurance info FOR ME 2. Fix the issue this pharmacy created 3. Fill my prescription and 4. Tell me how this pharmacy is literally the worst one she knows of.
