WORST PHARMACY IN THE TRI COUNTY AREA!
Unprofessional staff. Absolutely zero customer service. This is for years. Corporate needs to clean house and restaff.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone? ! Even when I have a simple question regarding the medicine, I have to go to the store. Please answer the phones!

I visited Walgreens to purchase some household items I needed. I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa, Cecilia and Noeluis, they were so helpful. I was looking for the Walgreens hand wipes and I could not find it in the store. They looked up the item and it was showing they had the item on stock. They helped me look through the store and the item was nowhere to be found. I was honored to get so much attention. This is called customer service and I am grateful they were at the store.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to, I went to get the medicine at 1 pm. They told me it's ready in an hour and a half. I went again at 3pm, they told me it would be at 5pm. I arrive at 5 pm and they tell me that the medicine is not ready and that they are already closing. Come tomorrow or call a 24-hour pharmacy. If the person feels bad it is not their problem. I call the pharmacy at 117 and 72 and now they say an hour and a half again. Walgreens the worst, better look for another pharmacy.

Walgreens on SW 117 and 104 St, Worse pharmacy ever. Get your prescriptions out of there and into another pharmacy.
I used to go there all the time and things have gotten worse and worse. Everyone worth anything has left and what's there is trash. The pharmacist is rude and obnoxious, the tech can't write for her life, the girl who attended to me at the window couldn't pronounce the names of the medication nor knew what medicine was which.
They called the ear drops, eye drops and didn't even mix the antibiotic correctly.
The entire place is a nightmare.
Don't let them kill you, because at the rate they are going, they will.
FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. Trust me, I know I'm not the only person who has had outside with them.
I've held out long enough and finally decided to go elsewhere.
They are HORRIBLE in entry sense of the word: Attention, customer service, filling or refilling prescriptions, getting prescriptions correct, etc etc etc.

This pharmacy has horrible service. Was calling since 8 am to I finally gave up at 2 pm. Someone picks up and says please hold over and over again. Finally go to pick up my prescription and they say they didn’t fill a prescription because my insurance didn’t cover it. They would have known I would have payed for it if they had any one that picked up their phone. Definitely my last time using this pharmacy.

Pharmacy has the Worst service ever, and we still counting one star reviews. They had me waiting 30 min and just ignored me the whole time. Horrible customer service.

Horrible Pharmacy service. For years they had a window for dropping off prescriptions. Now you must wait in line to drop off. Waiting also includes alternating with customers at the drive-up window. I am switching to Amazon Pharmacy, better prices and no line.

The pharmacy always closes before it’s scheduled 9pm closing time due to “staffing” issues. Ridiculous.
