Walgreens, Winter Springs FL

I have been coming to this Walgreens locations for many years. I particularly like the Pharmacy Dept. The employees are very efficient & professional. Also, LaDale in the photo department stands out tremendously. He is always helpful, polite & provides great customer service.

A literal joke.do not get your COVID-19 vaccine here. My appointment was at 12: 20, but after an hour they told me they didn’t know when they’d take me in. Not to mention they took in 3 people who had appointments AFTER me. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The man giving the vaccines was extremely rude. That’s probably why they have so many available appointments here! Go somewhere else like I am! (:

The pharmacy at this location is a disgusting establishment. It’s whats wrong in the us health system. They can still operate even though they are incompetent

This Walgreens Pharmacy at Red Bug and Dodd is extremely helpful and quick to fill scripts. Since moving almost a hour away, I still drive back every month for my meds. I can't say enough good things about them.

Always courteous and compassionate.always professional and in time. I love this Pharmacy and I am very grateful to all it's employees.

After a few obvious changes in management, I enjoy stopping in every time. Customer Service has improved and everyone is so nice and helpful.

The night weekens employees need to be fired; the two young men. Theyre straight up rude and one doesn't know the register. They horse around and think everything is a joke. The Atmosphere went downhill bc of their energies. Done with the nightstaff. What makes up for it is the day employee; not sure his name but he is cool and non-judgmental and understanding. So Im giving it 3 stars instead of 2.

SPOKE WITH THE PHARMACY AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE WHEN IT CAME TO ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION. WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO GET MY MEDICATIONS HERE AGAIN

Be warned if you fill a prescription here. Two of my prescriptions (11/4/2016) had EMPTY capsules - I received no medicine and when I complained the pharmacist referred me to the drug manufacturer. We have lodged a complaint with the corporate office but I would NEVER fill a prescription here.

A very good convenience store. We mostly use it to fill our prescriptions, and they've always been timely. I've had my photos developed here a few times, and they've always been done properly.

This is by far one of the worst walgreens I have ever been to. Their custome service is awful, particularly their male regular checkout Clerk. Andy Walgreens health clinic Personnel are ridiculous as well I would never recommend people coming to this health clinic go to a different Walgreens avoid them it will just make your blood pressure rise they really do not care about people there

Laziest Store Manager ever, he shouldn't have the position if all he says to solve a problem is, "there's nothing I can do about". Step down and let someone else that knows what they are doing.

Michael in the photo department is fantastic, he solved my problem and make me very happy. I appreciate the good customer service.

Clinic nurse would rather go to lynch and ignore patients. Went in for ear infection would've taken less than 5 min as well as the cop who was there for the same thing.yet her lunch was more important

Walgreens as a whole is fairly expensive but I stop at this one fairly frequently because it's convenient. The staff here are somewhat friendly but there always seem to be inadequate amounts of cashiers at peak hours.

Have used this pharmacy for years and never had anything but a great experience. Occasionally they are out of/or do not carry a specific drug but will work to find it for me.
