Drug Store Walgreens reviews
20Worst line ever to get my prescription! Up to 30 minutes waiting and still not get to the Consultation window. You need to hire more personnel or change something…
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever come across. They lose prescriptions, do not pick up the phone, delay the turn around time, mess up the prescription copays and quantity of meds, often out of medications. Horrible!
I like going to this place, it has everything you need for something last minute and 24 hours availability. I like how they have buy 1 get one 50% sale on some of their items all the time. They added new credit card system which takes Apple Pay. They also have a wide variety of frozen food and beer. I have used the pharmacy a couple of times and the service was on time and accurate.
Took me a month to get 2 rx filled. Nobody is avail to answer phone calls, and if they do they are unqualified to answer the actual question
I arrived. Had one person in front of me. I am still waiting in line for 20 minutes. There’s also another guy behind the counter on his phone. Atrocious service.
Very bad service, the phone was on hold for half an hour to talk to the pharmacy and the representative came out and answered quickly and put the answering machine on. The truth is, I don't know why they are allowed to do that kind of thing in a place where medical help is needed
Very bad attention in the pharmacy More than 20 m waiting to be seen, after they tell you that they have the medicine. We got to the checkout and they didn't have it. It was disrespectful to have some older people waiting so long because they didn't have enough staff.
Bathroom access blocked for customers, even people with disabilities. Horrible experience. This should be illegal.
I have been requesting my medication for the second month of treatment for 2 weeks to avoid delay in my doses, they request it and cancel it because the insurance does not cover it, I have insisted that I am going to pay for it as I did last month. Last Thursday they told me that today Monday and today in the morning they told me that in the afternoon and now they tell me that tomorrow.since last friday i am behind in my fifth dose and today is monday. It is a lack of professionalism and consideration. I'll see tomorrow but I don't trust that pharmacy. I have been a Walgreen customer for 30 years but at another location I switched to this one and it was a big mistake.
I'd give it 0 Stars if it let me. WORST Pharmacy ever! Customer service is non existent. Not even the managers are any help. Save your frustrations and don't ever call them. They will have you on hold for over 30 minutes for no reason at all. I know because I drove to the store WHILE on hold for 38 minutes and showed them my phone and they didn't care. They told me to get in line and wait my turn. The young, cuban lady with fake blonde hair and glasses is the worst. No consideration for customers AT ALL! Treats people like garbage. RUN! Save yourselves.
Very bad service and I asked to use the bathroom and they told me that it's all about urinating on the outside behind the car, supposedly we are in the first country in the world to be urinating like normal origins ok
The pharmacy service is lousy. Not worse, please don't waste your time like me, the doctor who works is very slow.and one does not go to the pharmacy because he wants to and likes it, but out of necessity
First and last time I go, I went with my two-year-old boy to buy some medicine and other things to take home and they didn't have shopping carts because they take them to their homes capitalism and socialism believe they are on their ranches when This was Coral Gables, you couldn't see it, but they have let in so many people without culture who want to return to the north where there is civilization and good treatment, a good morning or good afternoon makes you polite, but how sad it makes me that they let them in and all of South Florida is not worth it.the sorrow
By far the worst pharmacy in Miami. DO NOT use this pharmacy. They don’t care, it’s full of Cubans (I am a cuban) who think they own Walgreens and have such little respect for the customers in need of medication it baffles me. They should be working in McDonald’s serving fries not calling themselves “doctors” not allll pharmacist just the ones that work here. This review was in no shape or form written out of spite or ill will. Just wouldn’t want anyone else to be treated so poorly while on recovery trying to get a prescribed medication a day after surgery.
New faces behind the pharmacy counter and still a horrible experience. The 2 young girls are the worst. Very lazy idiots who are always hiding in the back pretending to work. Never helpful in assisting customers. I always get the same bad experience every month. Nobody attending the front. I’m switching my prescriptions over to CVS!
Went for a covid test. Lady spent 30 minutes typing on her keyboard to tell me it wasn’t covered by my insurance. I called my insurance immediately and they assured me it’s covered. Complete incompetence.
Place is great if you just buy item's, sodies and snack's idk about the pharmacy part.
Good place to go when you work overnights and there ain't a damn soul in sight or anything open. 24/7 here
One star is too much, the worst pharmacy in Miami, they need to remove them all and hire more qualified personnel.
The customer service is horrible. They leave you on the line for hours. Your best going in person to resolve any issue but it would save a trip of they wouldn't leave a client on hold.
Don’t waste your time in this place. God forbid you ever have to transfer a prescription from this place. The pharmacy personnel is more cold hearted than a banker. It seems like the have a petty fight with the nearest CVS. I am reporting them to the health department.
