Walgreens, Miami FL

Today, December 3, I arrived at the Walgreens on 137th and 8th Street and was mistreated by the manager José.
He doesn't have a drop of education
The truth is, if we want to improve, these types of people should not work serving the public.

PICK ANOTHER WALGREENS OR PHARMACY!

This is the slowest, worst Walgreens I’ve even been to. They stare at you while picking up your medication.keep waking by like you’re not there nor do they greet you.

No one in the Pharmacy even acknowledges your existence let alone say hello.

I don’t even have the time to write all the horrible things about this specific location. Trust me on this one, pick snugger place.

You will wait here for 20-40 minutes just to be attended to and this after you get a call that your prescription is ready.

I mean Everyone at the pharmacy is horrible, horrific, uncaring, not thoughtful, care free, ignorant, stare at your face and keep waking by like it’s being done on purpose.unbelievable. Never seen anything like this.

Moreover, if you solely speak English, please save your time and go elsewhere!

Beware of this Walgreens! I bought a Visa gift card here last month for my niece’s birthday and when she went to use it a few weeks later there was only 70 cents left on the card. We looked up the charges and the day after the card was purchased, it was used at a Publix in homestead. There’s definitely someone working at the Walgreens who is running a scam, stealing the numbers and using the gift cards. I’m appalled this is even possible.

I wholeheartedly agree with the last review. If you cannot communicate in English, then you should not be in a position wherein communication is key; such as the pharmacy! Unacceptable! I was mistreated because I do not speak Spanish?
Simply absurd. Hoping this is informative to the right individuals.

The manager is the first thief she thinks that you’re stealing from the store and she is the first one that steals. She has a bad face. She looks like she’s a delinquent with no papers working at the store. You can see it in her face that she has suffered in her lifetime so now she wants to take it out on others.

Horrible staff, horrible customer service! Rude pharmacy staff. Never answer calls. Always hangs up on me when I call regarding prescription after i get out on hold 6 times. This is Disgusting

Worst customer service ever. Do not order for delivery they don’t have answers if something goes wrong they don’t know how to solve simple situations. For example they don’t know if your order is still at the store even when the driver told me that he canceled the pickup. Rude employees especially the one who is answering line 4.

The worst pharmacy and the worst customer service mistreat people and make them feel frustrated, in addition to questioning the cost of medicines as if they were going to pay for them they should audit it.

Horrible horrible! Customer service at this store. I really would like to make a formal complaint to corporate. An older man at the cash register shows impolite behavior to customers, "HE IS A EMPLOYEE OF THE STORE, I will never comeback to that store.

Terrible service, they don't pick up the phone, they leave you on hold for hours. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered some photo prints 4x4. When I return to pick it up, I am greeted by the rudest person at the photo department. When I asked for assistance, I saw her walking towards me and rolling her eyes. You are getting paid to do this job, but yet you don't want to do it. After treating me bad because I probably interrupting her from doing whatever else she was doing other than her job, she gives me the photos I ordered.

The photos were 4x4, but she left them in a 4x6 paper. So I had to get come and cut the white part because she was too lazy to do so. This was on Friday, February 9,2023 at 8: 10 PM. In case any manager gives a dam.

By far one of the worst Walgreens- customer service - employees that Walgreens has. Placed an order online. They delayed it till the last minute to cancel it. I called them before the order was canceled. They put me on hold so I decided to drive to Walgreens while on hold, showed up at the store still on hold looked for a manager nowhere to be found, still on hold finally was re-put on hold three times before they purposely hung up on me. I finally found the manager and I asked about the item which was in my hand, which I had ordered as a pick up. She informed me that she had just canceled it because they didn’t have the item. I was holding the item in my hand. It seems that no one wants to work and it’s easier and lazier for them to keep you on hold so you get discouraged and you finally hung up or they purposely hang up on you and think you won’t show up at the store as well as not going to any of the isles to check on the items there. They wait for the last minute to cancel your Item. Do not go to the store. Do not order from this store. Go anywhere else it seems that customer service and customer satisfactory has gone out the window with this Walgreens location.

Waited 10 minutes to get eyesrios that were locked. Asked an Associate twice for help and was told someone would help us shortly. No show. Worse service ever. Not my usual Walgreens but will never recommend this location.

I've been waiting for a call for 16 minutes and every time I think I'm going to get an answer, a voice comes out saying for a moment in English or one that's warm, sweet strawberry, thank you, but no one answers me, what kind of joke is this?
I always have good experiences at Walgreens. But seriously, what they are doing seems like a joke to me. What a lack of respect.for the customer

I was at the door 40 minutes before closing, and they closed before there closing time. All the employees laughing by the registers looking at people outside trying to figure out if they where open.

I am a CVS faithful however in this case had to resort to Walgreens for a COVID test since my local CVS was out …. I decided I would go through process of allowing them to perform the test and what a mistake that was! A process I would expect take only a few mins was taking longer than a regular doctor s appointment, just ridiculous! 35 mins later of standing there watching the ladies go back & forth doing God know what I just left! Seriously pathetic… they should just shut down till they can get their act together. Not offer services they can’t fulfill until they get they get the personnel or training necessary!

I just left the store.
The person in charge of the cash register was sneezing, covering his mouth.
I ask him “why don't you wear a mask” and he answers that “you don't have a cold. ”
It is inconceivable that in a pharmacy where health rules are supposed to be respected, part of its staff does not wear protective masks when they are sick, or suffering from some type of allergies.
They cannot be sneezing in front of their audience with the risk of infecting others if said person is sick.
