Please read the reviews if you need pharmacy services.

Tonight, I walked in, went to the pharmacy and told the tech that I was picking up a prescription & stated my name. His reply was; date of birth, then asked me my name. I responded with still the same name as one minute ago and repeated it.

He then tells me my prescription isn’t ready. I asked him to try other stores as I am going out of town and he says he can’t. He was making zero sense telling me other stores aren’t open, he can’t look up prescriptions or call. Basically offered no customer service. I could remember his name however, it was Martin.

This is the 3rd time a prescription wasn’t ready at this location. Do yourself a favor and refill your prescriptions elsewhere. Trust me, your business won’t be missed.

The employees are very haughty, and they don't like to help the customer. The atmosphere is not very pleasant.

They must not have any employees because the wait time to pick up a script is absurd. There were 5 people in the drive through and it took me 45 minutes to get through. This isn’t the first time either.

My 83 year old mother in law went to get her refill, but she was told her prescription was at another location (2420 East colonial Dr) when my mother in law asked for it to be transferred to the store she was at, the tech told her it is a long process and that it is better if she could just go to the colonial store and get it. Needless to say how horrible customer service this place has to tell an 83 year old lady to just go because they're too lazy to do their job.

This is a complaint I sent corporate. I put in a request for a prescription on Thursday September 28th. I went to pick up the prescriptions on 10/02/2023. Unfortunately, I was only given a partial refill for my indomethacin and told that my prescription for Triamterene didn't even exist, but they would look into this. I decided to give the location the benefit of the doubt as I am new to the Orlando, FL area. However, these are not new medications. These are refills. I called again on 10/06/2023. The first time I called at 10: 18 was left on hold for 10 minutes. Someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold. I called back at 10: 36am the same day. I was left on hold for 33 minutes and the call was never answered. Again, someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold. I was able to hear the store background noise each time to verify this was going on. I decided to call from my work phone at 11: 09 am and this call was answered immediately. For whatever reason, the call with a business' name was given priority while my personal phone was left on hold. I spoke to someone and I explained my frustration. I advised someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold. I explained that I was extremely frustrated. The person from the pharmacy was very short with me saying that they were short staffed and that they despite being left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time I should move past that and just tell her what I needed. I advised I needed better customer service. She kept being short and disregarded my complaint. I did move past that and I explained the medication that I needed. Somehow magically, the medication that had not been filled for over a week was at the pharmacy. I then asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to the store manager Danny. I gave my complaint. He kept saying that there was nothing he could do other than investigate it but sounded very disinterested in my complaints. I advised I was extraordinarily upset. He stated to give him my name and date of birth. When I provided my date of birth of 09/11/1980 he stated what a terrible birthday. I was already enraged by the horrendous treatment I had been provided. To top it off I was disrespected due to my date of birth unnecessarily. It was very demeaning treatment. I am a person with a lot of medical issues, and I expected so much better from Walgreens and Walgreens corporation. I am extremely upset over my treatment and demand actions be taken. There is no reason for my medication to take over a week to be filled, I should have been left on hold for so long, or the worst be utterly insulted and disrespected due to my date of birth. I am extremely outraged over this treatment, and I need to know what is being done by your corporation to fix these issues.

I am unable to comment on the pharmaceutical component of the Walgreens here as I do not utilize their prescription services, but Jose at the front desk was incredibly cordial and attentive in assisting me with a return. He displayed exceptional customer service and my review is more so to highlight the qualities of this specific individual.

When you go to a pharmacy, you go there to get your medications right? WRONG. This location absolutely has the worst customer service, theres never any employees around and the wait time is physically detrimental. Where is everyone? I cant even find a single person to ask a question about a medication or proceed to checkout. Waste of my time. I'll be heading to a different Walgreen in the future.

The worst pharmacy there is, don't go there, I arrived to bring my medication at 4 in the afternoon, they told me I had to return in 30 minutes and I arrived 4 hours later and they still didn't have anything so I had to wait 30 minutes again. The worst service ever.e received go or order your medication at CVS pharmacies total waste of time

Worst customer service. They lied about not having a pharmacist on site, the tech rolled his eyes and argued with me about his attitude. You have to wait 45 minutes in line to get help. Horrible experience.

They NEVER can find your prescription, your insurance, your name, your whatever. Bunch of kids attending the store, looks like a pizza place. It's a shame! To have the Walgreens name on it.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever Been to in my life. Takes them forever to answer the phone. No, people get busy, but this is ridiculous. When you're on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. Then when it comes to fill in your pain medication. They'd like to play games with you. Tell you they are out of stock that you're too early. Then when it's time for you to go pick it up. They don't have the full amount for your supply. You have to wait again in pain. This place truly sucks.

The worst service I ever had with Walgreens. I’ve been using Walgreens in different states and never had an issue until now. I refilled my prescription like I always do using the application with a 2 day advance notice. I arrive to pick up the prescription and it wasn’t ready. That’s fine I will wait because I’m out at this point the pharmacists states they are understaffed and I can’t get it until tomorrow. I told I can’t miss the evening doses I will be happy to take just enough medicine for tonight. She says Nope sorry I have 95 prescriptions to fill you should have called to verify it was ready! I told her your app stated it would be ready yesterday at 8pm. She said because of your large copay it must have just not went through. I asked her where would it warn your clients of that on your site or app I’ve been coming here for 15 years and never had an issue. Long story I couldn’t get my much needed medication and she wasn’t trying to be helpful at all! Don’t go here go somewhere else!

Worst customer service waited for over a hour and a half on the phone to check the status of a prescription I asked for a transfer the day before and they still did not have the transfer and for me to call back later. When I call back they answer the phone and I guess they did not know they did not put me hold and stated there is no reason for anyone to be calling at this time, mind you I called a 9: 15 pm they close at 10 and she put me on hold and never answered.

1 st they said i didnt pick up on time and to come back tomorrow. 10 days later still no priscription. Had to get it from walmart

The care leaves a lot to be desired, they never have the medication because they haven't received the doctor's order, but if you keep insisting they get it as if by magic.

Absolutely horrible service. Called first thing in the morning to get medication that I desperately needed and they did absolutely NOTHING to get my medication transferred. I called 4 times and all they say is we will call or we are calling now even though I begged them to please get it filled. Called to file a complaint and the pharmacy manager was rude about the situation. Your best bet is to us another pharmacy they will let you die here. They have no urgency for ANYONE! If I could give negative stars I would

I have no score to give other than 0, the pharmacy provides terrible service, everyone is rude and has very bad customer services, I transferred my medications to another pharmacy after one of my medications was given to someone else and the pharmacy is not responsible for what happened. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
