If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to the Walgreens in Dunnellon, assisting me with medication for a family member. I am truly grateful to say the lease. Special thanks to Tina & Valerie. Happy Holiday.

When I called to see if my prescriptions were ready they hung up on me. 10 minutes before they close the inside gate is already down. They closed the outside window on my face. Don't count on them.

Terrible store! They tell us rxs haven't been called in when they have been, never on time and of course very rude. Switching to publix!

All these recent negative reviews about this pharmacy are ridiculous. The Walgreens here in Dunnellon literally just took on all of Winn Dixie's patients. On top of the huge influx of patients, it's also flu season, which is going to make your wait time for prescriptions go up. These girls are trying their hardest to provide the care we all deserve. I'm sure they could use some extra help. Instead of complaining, maybe put in an application. I love this pharmacy! Keep rocking it, girls!

This store is poorly staffed and wait times are unacceptable. Waited over 20 minutes to speak to a manager with more than 3 callers in front of me. Clearly this store is not interested or able to provide any type of acceptable service. Asked to speak with a pharmacist and i got a technician

My Father (83 Yrs) had a 11: 30 appointment for a flu shot.he received his vaccine at 1: 30 PM. Absolutely insane, why have appointments, and maybe hire staff that pays attention to details.

Horrible experiences with the pharmacy, they gave us meds they shouldn't have! It's impossible to reach someone when you call. They have been rude and incompetent.
More problems but I dont have the energy right now. We are finding a new pharmacy and will never step foot into a walgreens again. Won't support this company any longer.

The worst pharmacy ever I went there with a prescription and because the doctor didn't put my address they said not valid. I drove 45 minutes to go see my doctor and now I have to go back for him to put my address unbelievable.the worst Walgreens ever

Pharmacy dept is a mess, we called and they said prescription will be ready at 1pm, arrive to pick up and then was told be ready at 2, came back at 3 and they said we are out of the medicine. Time to move on from these yahoos!

Customer service had always been good here, sometimes you may get one employee that just doesn't care but mostly they are very helpful.

Drive Thru? More like WAIT Thru. Hire more people! 30 minutes and no cars have moved. Maybe the car is abandoned at the window? Unbelievable poor customer experience.

The pharmacy is ridiculous. Most of the staff, including the pharmacy tech “manager” are incompetent and rude. I witnessed them making fun of an older gentlemen in the drive thru because he couldn’t hear them. Uhh… I can barely hear them through the bad speaker and I am young! The techs and one of the pharmacists (Josh) couldn’t even fix an easy insurance issue with my son’s prescription until I called and spoke to another pharmacist who just changed the quantity. I used to work in a pharmacy and understand it can be busy/ stressful, but you can tell these techs hate their job and customers. Corporate should really come and restructure.

I had a prescription request to a different store. The one they asked for they did not get. I call to find out why and was on hold for 1 hour. This is not the first time I had a request for to another store and I had to call to find out why it did not get sent or why the wrong one.

I had to have an rx transferred here as my usual mail order pharmacy eventually informed me it was on back order. (Turned out to be false. It's discontinued & no one bothered informing me)
I use this pharmacy for my local prescriptions which is why I chose it for the transfer.
I've been getting a huge run around due to the wording of the rx. So I went in person to my Dr's office and requested a physical copy of it with the proper wording. Instead, they sent it in and assured me it was properly written this time.
I went to Walgreens on the way to pick up a grocery order just to make sure they received it. I was not expecting it to be filled at that exact moment. Just making sure it was sent in correctly.
The lady who assisted me was polite and saw the previous rx that was sent in, not the new one. She asked the pharmacist about it. (Which is also how I found out about the discontinued rx).
I explained to him I was just trying to make sure the new one was received. He proceeded to tell me it was written wrong yadda yadda nothing he can do. I reiterated I had just left the Dr's office and it was just sent again with proper verbiage. He then interrupted me and says, "IF I can get a word in, like I said. It is written wrong and there's nothing we can do. "
I again repeated. A new one was just sent 10/15 minutes ago. I really need this rx filled as I've been dealing with this issue since last week. I'm out. I was only wanting to know they received it.
His suggestion? Go to ER.
Now, an hour later I see the rx is in progress. So they did get it.
He could've said sometimes it takes an hour to receive or something. Anything but being as rude and condescending as he was. He had me in tears and absolutely mortified.
So, I called CVS and started and transfer. I'll never utilize Walgreens for anything again.
Not trelogy, promacta, albuterol. Nothing.

Someone calls about 1 prescription you haven't picked up? I tell her there's two of them oh okay we'll have the other one ready you. 5 hours later Guess what? We just have the 1 ready come back in an hour!

I still won't go in there due to how rudely I was treated. I used to love Walgreens in general, including in my home town (not Dunnellon.) Now, I'm turned off of all walgreens everywhere. Too bad. But, when you really PO a customer, you lose all around.

The staff that works in the pharmacy are extremely rude and not helpful at all! This will be the last time I’m getting my medication in Walgreens. Will be going to Walmart from now on. I’ve given them several chances due to them being busy due to COVID and vaccines but no more. If you don’t like your job and are not happy there find another one. Stop treating people so mean and disrespectful.
